Responsibilities:
Safety System Development & Implementation: Oversee on-site safety production and civilized construction, strictly enforcing national, local, and corporate safety regulations and standards.
Daily Patrols & Inspections: Conduct daily safety inspections of the construction site to promptly identify and correct unsafe practices and conditions; organize regular specialized safety checks (e.g., scaffolding, temporary electricity, large machinery).
Risk Control & Hazard Management: Participate in hazard identification and risk assessments; maintain a hazard tracking register; supervise the implementation of corrective actions for closed-loop management.
Safety Training & Briefings: Organize three-level safety induction for new workers and conduct routine safety training sessions; monitor and ensure safety technical briefings are delivered for project phases and tasks.
Emergency Management: Assist in developing project emergency response plans and organize/participate in emergency drills.
Document Management: Collect, organize, and archive internal safety documentation, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

Mandatory Qualifications:
· Education: College diploma or higher. A degree in Construction Engineering, Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
· Certifications: Must possess a valid "Full-time Safety Production Management Personnel Certificate (C Certificate)" issued by the local construction authority. Possession of a Certified Safety Engineer license is highly advantageous.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site safety management. Experience on large-scale building construction, municipal works, or data center construction projects is preferred.
· Knowledge & Skills: Thorough understanding of national safety laws, local regulations, and industry standards; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Other: Valid driver's license and fluency in Chinese.

- Conduct or direct research studies to identify hazards and evaluate loss producing potential of given system, operational or process.
- Maintain liaison with outside organizations, such as fire department, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams to assure information exchange and mutual assistance.
- Devise methods to evaluate safety program and conduct or direct evaluations.
- Evaluate technical and scientific publications concerned with safety management and participate in activities of related professional organizations to update knowledge of safety program development.
- Investigate Workers Compensation incidents, reporting and follow up. Coordinate with Corporate Risk Management and Human Resources Department
- Compile analysis and interpret statistical data related to exposure factors concerning occupational illness and accidents and prepare reports.
- Stores and retrieves statistical date, using computer.
- Enter data covering Headcount, Safety meeting and injury reports, etc in the WPTS system.
- Oversees planning, development and implementation of the organization's health, safety and environmental programs with all federal, state and local regulations.
- Coordinate with purchasing team for the purchase of all safety supplies (PPE; First Aid Cabinets, Signage, Fire Extinguishers, etc)
- Chairs, motivates and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Safety Committee.
- Trains others as required to ensure all personnel are current in core competencies.
- Oversees Chemical Inventory and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
- Reviews, facilitate, and develops JSA's (Job Safety Analysis), enforces and evaluates effectiveness.
- Handling the communication and facilitation of the import, export and storage parts of product material under the regulatory requirements of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP).
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering or related field from an accredited university.
- 5-10 years' experience as an environmental professional in either manufacturing or oil and gas companies.
- International / Global experience is preferred.
- Willing to learn environmental and safety regulations across Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh.
- Experience in developing and providing training courses and programs.
- Experience in different forms of HSE auditing.
- Intermediate skills at using Microsoft Office suite including Project Manager.
- Critical thinking/reasoning ability.
- Ability to collaborate with others and have good team building skills.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate with large groups of people.
- Comfortable presenting at international environmental conferences.
- Detail-oriented and experienced in reviewing and summarizing comprehensive technical documents.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED
- Preference for sustainability program development experience.
- Experience in developing external Environmental, HSE or Sustainability/ CSR reports.
- Significant experience in a wide range of environmental issues including wastewater treatment, spill response, contaminated land evaluation and remediation, energy conservation and reduction.
- Experience in developing and implementing reduction plans for energy, water and waste.
