Job Description

• Overall responsibility for HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Prevention) in Automotive Business and  factory background.
• Set up and well know to provide safety regulations relate for factory.
• Inspect, test, and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure that they follow safety standards and government regulations
• Design and implement workplace processes and procedures that help protect employee from hazardous work conditions
• Conducts routine and follow-up environmental health, safety and hazard inspections in Company
• Analyzes accident and incident reports for trends; makes recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions
• Leads and/or guides the work in safety management to stakeholder
• Ensure that training and awareness programs are carried out as planned
• Partner with BU and cross functions for process improvement and safety innovation in order to ensure safe work environment is maintained and adhered
• All works related to compliance with laws and regulations regarding occupational safety, health and environment, business design, implementation, employee education, etc.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Safety and Environment or related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experiences in both Safety, Environment, Safety in factory.
• Handle safety and security certificates such as ISO 9001,14001,OHSAS 18001
• Must be safety certificate.
• Experience in delivering Safety training, performing Safety audits and incident investigation.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Excellent in Ms.Office , Safety reporting, Safety project and environment project as safety partner.
• Proactively, Accountability, Strong communicate, facilitator.
