**Job Description: Account Admin (New graduate welcome) - (Full-time)**

**Key responsibilities**

You will support manager and team to ensure that operation run smoothly by providing administration focusing on:

- **Accounting administration (main focus)**:

- Record & Bookkeeping of revenue and expenses
- Create PR, PO, Quotation, Invoice, Receipt etc.
- Payments & Reimbursements
- **Business administration**:

- Support business development work as needed
- Support the company in other different roles as needed in an early stage company
- **Other related tasks as Management assigned**

**Qualifications**
- New graduates are welcome
- Have a degree in accounting
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself
- Detail-oriented, result-oriented, has experiences in delivering results, can be from university
experiences or actual professional level
- Entrepreneurial spirit, make things happen, quick learner

Currently, our flagship products are MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 3.5 million trips with 300+ Electric Vehicles. About our role

As a Graduate Research Executive you'll get the opportunity to work on a range of consumer and sensory projects, typically involving food, beverage, personal care and household care products in Thailand and wider Asia-pacific countries. You will help to manage projects across all stages of the project cycle working within a dynamic, fast paced team environment.

**Requirements**:
Responsibilities include:

- Getting involved in proposal discussions (client calls and internal discussions), assisting with drafting elements of proposal
- Researching secondary data to provide commercial and category context for proposals and reports
- Helping brief fieldwork agencies for face to face research
- Designing the questionnaire against the client objectives
- Analysing the data (qualitatively) to reveal the story
- Helping create insightful and engaging client reports
- Business development skills

You will also start developing your
- Client relationship and management skills
- Presentation skills

You know you’re right for the role if
- Any intern or work experience in market research or FMCG companies will be highly advantageous but not essential
- A degree in any discipline is required, however Social Sciences, Food Science, Consumer Science or Statistics related courses are advantageous
- Possess great communication skills (including fluent written/spoken English as this will be the language which is used day-to-day in the office)
- Relevant work experience or internship experience is beneficial and required for Research Executive level
