**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive Trade Compliance programs between Global and manufacturing sites.
+ Manage customs and partner government agency authority relationships, including response to government inquiries and audits.
+ Assess the risk/ impact of changes of regulation to guide decisions, propose solutions and drive improvements throughout the region.
+ Oversee import/export applications, registrations and Customs rulings.
+ Provide subject matter expertise in current import and export regulations and requirements, including Harmonized Tariff classification, valuation, country of origin guidance.
+ Conduct regular internal review and audits to measure compliance and assess possible risk and violations with recommended corrective action within business operations and practices.
+ US export control regulations and US Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)
+ Interface with multiple functional teams, to validate critical trade compliance data elements identified within import/export transactions.
+ Oversee the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
(SOPs) and internal control for APAC trade compliance.
+ Evaluate and implement customs simplification applications to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of import and export operations.
+ Deliver training and educational programs to site on trade compliance requirements and best practices.
**Qualification & Skills**
+ 10+ years of experience in international trade compliance related fields.
+ Strong understanding of Trade Compliance principles and proven track record in the Asia region.
+ Experience working with US Export controls, SAP and GTS.
+ Experience working knowledge of the Electronic or Semiconductor industry.
+ Demonstrated expertise in commodity classification and associated regulations.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: able to present effectively at all levels.
+ Fluent in English and if able to speak other languages shall be benefits

- Compares and contrasts alternative sourcing strategies (sole sourcing, reverse auctions, etc.).
- Develops alternative sources of supply for the manufacturing organization.
- Assists in creating contingency plans for and with critical suppliers.
- Coordinates the procurement of a variety of products, materials and services.
**Supply Chain Management - MFG** : Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Level Extensive Experience:
- Manages supply chain finance activities and measurements of effectiveness.
- Advises others on capacity issues at various points in the supply chain.
- Monitors the complete supply chain management process.
- Consults on supply chain network design projects or processes.
- Quantifies and evaluates benefits and risks of various supply chain strategies and approaches.
- Participates in joint planning, process design/redesign with clients and partners.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
The Logistics and Warehousing Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations and logistics coordination to ensure efficient inventory management, timely shipments, and compliance with safety standards.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
+ Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
+ Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
+ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
+ Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
+ Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
+ Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse and logistics staff.
+ Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports.
+ Identify and implement process improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

+ 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
+ Proven leadership in supervising warehouse or logistics teams.
+ Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory procedures, and shipment planning.
+ Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
+ Physically capable of working in a warehouse environment.
+ A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
