Job Scope
- Handling with daily document transaction, custom clearance, invoice, shipping documents and service to customers with full scope of documentation.
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics with trucking companies, warehouses, and shipping lines.
- Handle Credit Control effectively to avoid over credit/past due.
- To understand the proper business process, internal rules and input in the system properly.
- Expand and take good care of customer assets for Aromatic and Polyester chain business toward dept/div target.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in relate field
- 2–3 years' experience in trading (import, export, domestic)
- Proficient in L/C payment, logistics, and inventory management
- Good command of English (Equivalent to TOEIC 650+)
- Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly committed to task completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, able to create good relationships with customers and team.
