**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Turnkey/Non-Turnkey Projects or Product/Equipment-Only Projects in Imaging Systems (MRI, CT, Xray, Cathlab, MI, NM and Cyclotron). Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects (size in relation to GE company) that may include equipment-only, suites of products or Turnkey/non-turnkey projects.
+ Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
+ Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
+ May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
+ A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience;
+ Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities
+ Demonstrated experience with large-scale project management where deadlines were met on schedule or ahead of schedule (e.g., construction, healthcare IT, equipment installations experience.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
+ Act as a project manager for installation.
+ Construction field experience for hospital construction such as civil work, structural, HVAC and clean room is desirable.
+ Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously.
+ Independently lead a customer through all aspects of design and requirements.
+ Experience working with cross functional teams.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Master's degree or Project Management Certificate
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams
+ Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment.
+ Knowledge or experience within the healthcare industry and GE Healthcare products
+ Proficient in Project Management Software such as Workbench, MS Project, Auto-Cad, Salesforce, SketchUp or similar tools.
+ Must be willing and able to travel regularly, flexible schedule and including overnight when necessary.

7. Lead Ops to make ramp up plan, include materials, operations and tool capacity ramp up, ensure manufacture team take over production control smoothly after G5.
Product Sustaining
1. Product migration, as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move in or move out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.
2. Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment per estimation.

TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Direct new project development activities from definition phase to mass production phase to achieve cost and product launch targets. Coordination of problems solving and recommendations with appropriate engineering and manufacturing groups, marketing personnel, or CTL or PM. Mainly to organize the project from G3-G6 refer to Product Portfolio Lifecycle Management procedure.

+ Prepare master schedule plan for pre-production/ Run @ Rate and mass production tool up and follow up till successful completion. Ensure projects are completed according to project milestone and plans.
+ Co-ordinate and follow-up on machine, mold and dies tool-up from sample making for customer qualification and approval, to mass production capability status.
+ Resolve all issues related to the project will team members and suppliers.
+ Maintains current knowledge of relevant new technologies, materials, equipment, industry and market trends, and competitive products through literature, seminars, courses, etc. Applies this knowledge to determine needs and opportunities to develop new products or improve existing products.
+ Supports IATF16949 quality programs as well as ISO14000 environmental programs. Provides and allocates resources for their successful implementation.
+ Ensure overall plan and day to day activities of project management is in line with TE corporate policies.
+ Support project Kaizen, IE-task and any assignment from direct Supervisor/ Manager.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 5-10 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ 3-5 years experience with project engineering & project management, preferrable in automotive industry.
+ Working knowledge of project management tools, QA tools, SAP, APQP, PPAP, PPMEA, VDA 6.3 and IATF16949.
+ Leadership qualities with ability to work with all levels of staff within the organization and with suppliers.
+ Manage the project risk and action with cross functional team, strong understanding of how to deliver a systematically robust quality outcome.
+ Manage on implementation of tooling, equipment, material flow, layout and work instruction to production.

**Your role and responsibilities**

**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Lead Healthcare Project Management (HPM) team in Singapore, Malaysia & Indirect Countries to deliver excellence in "wing to wing" project management services including design, construction, as needed and installation activities.
+ Ensure team adheres to EHS, quality, regulatory and controllership requirements including timely completion of trainings also.
+ Understand revenue recognition guidelines & enables delivery to target for the region.
+ Accountable for driving a process focused approach which delivers backlog execution, quality, and predictable results by deploying Daily Management System ( DMS)
+ Drive process excellence delivering productivity in HPM & install cost, install cycle and ensure connectivity at install.
+ Ensure customer focus and responsiveness to escalations regarding implementation issues.
+ Cultivate relationships with Sales, Product, OTR, service operation and technical team to ensure smooth execution.
+ Drive continuous improvement and simplification activities by identifying areas of improvement and driving actions.
+ Provide site planning & design solutions to customer with assistance from design & install teams. Read, interpret & analyze the layouts for effective customer communication & feedback
+ Manage relationships with customer & internal stakeholders for effective collaboration & to ensure execution as per agreed schedules
+ Drive culture of milestone management, utilizing updated systems & tools
+ Grow culture of customer centric project management teams, accountable to delivering results.
**Quality Specific Goals:**
+ Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
+ Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Graduate Degree in Engineering from a reputed institute
+ Professional experience of 10+ years in project management / Installation / service function having people management, project execution and customer handling experiences.
+ Certified PMP with hands on experience with tools like MS-Project
+ Experienced in site planning role at both designing and execution
+ Must have the basic knowledge and understanding of project scheduling & execution
+ Candidate should have solution-oriented approach with customer focus
+ Commitment to quality and cost reduction in projects.
+ Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD.
+ Problem solving expertise.
+ Good communication and presentation skills
