**Job Overview**
Representative of Ops to align the project target (capital, cost, timeline, capacity) with PM/PJM, lead Ops team to ensure successful execution of project plan and meet project targets. Staff PJE should have proper leadership on project planning and control, high skills of coordination and comunications, proper knowledge of marketing of TE business, proper knowledge of manufacture process and costing and capacities analysis and resource balance, also provide guidance to new coming engineers or junior engineers.

**Project Timeline**
+ Identify/align projects goals and scope with PJM and PM, breakdown tasks of tooling/process developments and qualification
+ Make/align tooling development and qualification timeline, assign tasks to Ops team include tooling development, materials purchase
+ Track and manage project team to execute project progress based on committed project schedule
**Project Cost**
+ Lead Ops to simulate sample cost and production cost to achieve project landing zone target, lead Ops to optimize launch cost to the best
+ Budget and control scrap cost through leverage design and manufacturing process to meet project target during NPI phase
**Project Execution**
+ Guide capacity planning, materials sourcing and manpower to support all builds in the plant.
+ Oversee the progression of tooling/process development, identify bottleneck and issues, organize Ops team to improve those bottleneck and issues.
+ Oversee risks assessment in project execution, stay interlock with PJM to make matigation plan and conduct the planned activities in Ops.
+ Finalize the Safe Launch plan for the appropriate mix of product, tool capability and demand with the approval of the PjM, Quality, MDPE, and PjE. a. Lead Safe Launch team meetings to assure successful HVM startup and manufacturing process qualification for attainment of required metrics for successful G5 handoff.
+ Align the budget with Ops team with the tooling list provided by MPDE-A, control total capital spending against CER.
+ Lead and coordinate line setup to conduct LVM sample builds and coordinate HVM tool builds.
+ Lead Ops to make ramp up plan, include materials, operations and tool capacity ramp up, ensure manufacture team take over production control smoothly after G5.
**Product Sustaining**
+ Product migration, as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move in or move out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.
+ Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment per estimation.
+ Policies and Procedures
+ Provide guidance to new coming engineers or junior engineers

**Your Role**
+ Be a crucial member of the Channel SE team helping Nutanix partners with Nutanix portfolio and solutions;
+ Build long term business relationships and be seen and treated by Nutanix channel partners as a trusted and valued resource
+ Collaborate with partners to identify prospective customers and/or product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process;

+ Work with the Nutanix Regional SE Manager to drive field pre-and post-sales alignment and engagement with partners.
+ Invest time and effort to learn new technologies to help our partners adapt their solutions and integrate your knowledge into their efforts
+ Manage complex, strategic partners and National SIs, and manage larger sales transactions
+ Create and deliver technical product presentations to channel partners, provide technical guidance, and access to the right information to win opportunities. On select large opportunities, drive sales motions with the channel partners (e.g., attend sales call, conduct demo)
+ Subject matter expertise in one or more relevant technology disciplines to establish credibility with technical leaders.
**What You Will Bring**
+ You have 7 years prior Channel/Sales Engineering or Reseller experience in a high-tech sales environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
+ Familiarity working with Channel partners and having good knowledge of a channel-centric market approach
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative, and compelling presentation methodologies and drive overall channel technical enablement plan for the region
+ Ability to motivate, train and conduct seminars within partners to exceed revenue targets
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
+ A structured thinker with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
+ Self-starter, with excellent time management & organizational skills
+ A desire to learn and be challenged, and continuously strive for excellence
+ Presales experience in data center and cloud technologies such as storage, virtualization, and automation frameworks with a solid level of expertise in technical specifications to sell Nutanix products and services.
+ Ability to provide mentorship for new hires and peer colleagues.
+ Willing to travel across the region occasionally.
+ Experience with Kubernetes or DevSecOps will be a significant advantage.
+ Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships.
+ Strong presentation and communication skills in Thai and English.
**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

Your primary objective is to drive business development in Project Logistics, focusing on our renewable customer base. You will do this by coordinating all business development actions + triggering opportunities while focusing on the following key objectives:

**Summary**

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Manage programs (multiple projects per program) of medium complexity (technology, organizationally). Lead cross-functional, global core team(s), kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings.
+ Present and communicate status to the business leaders and customers. Review and interpret customer specifications and provide customer feedback
+ Coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
+ Implement change as directed in the product lifecycle process and recommend process improvements
+ Plan the overall program and monitor the progress. Drive the creation, review, approval and update of the Program Plan/WBS including resources.
+ Daily program management throughout the program life
+ Drive the program core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, Customer Specific Needs)
+ Define the program governance (controls)
+ Manage the program's budget. Forecast actuals against plan/quote for income/revenue, cost/labour & expense
+ Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
+ Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. Manage and utilize resources across projects
+ Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manager
+ Manage the main program documentation, such as the Program Initiation document
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Experienced in Product Development Life Cycle Management.
+ Holding PMP and/or having experience in electronics industry would be an advantage
+ Good communication, leadership, and stakeholders' management both internal and external parties
+ Knowledge of APQP and familiar with MS Project would be a plus
+ Ability to work in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
**Typical Experience**
