**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Manage programs (multiple projects per program) of medium complexity (technology, organizationally). Lead cross-functional, global core team(s), kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings.
+ Present and communicate status to the business leaders and customers. Review and interpret customer specifications and provide customer feedback
+ Coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
+ Implement change as directed in the product lifecycle process and recommend process improvements
+ Plan the overall program and monitor the progress. Drive the creation, review, approval and update of the Program Plan/WBS including resources.
+ Daily program management throughout the program life
+ Drive the program core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, Customer Specific Needs)
+ Define the program governance (controls)
+ Manage the program's budget. Forecast actuals against plan/quote for income/revenue, cost/labour & expense
+ Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
+ Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. Manage and utilize resources across projects
+ Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manager
+ Manage the main program documentation, such as the Program Initiation document
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Experienced in Product Development Life Cycle Management.
+ Holding PMP and/or having experience in electronics industry would be an advantage
+ Good communication, leadership, and stakeholders' management both internal and external parties
+ Knowledge of APQP and familiar with MS Project would be a plus
+ Ability to work in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
**Typical Experience**
+ Min. 10 years in project management in Manufacturing environment
**Typical Education**
+ Degree or higher in related Engineering

**Summary**
The Lead Engineer, Electrical Design develops new electrical systems/circuits for various applications. Research system ideas and draw up plans for these systems, and capture them in schematics and system specifications. Test, simulate, validate and qualify their systems and make adjustments as needed. Provide support throughout the manufacturing of the electrical systems they have designed.
The Lead Engineer, Electrical Design works in cross functional teams with other designers, customers, manufacturing engineering and project leadership to ensure robust and high quality product development. **Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Lead testing programs during all phases of the design process, including technical oversight of assigned test engineers.
+ Design, develop and implement technical solutions in two or more technical areas. Lead smaller projects and may coordinate with other engineers including reviews of their work.
+ Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs. e.g. creation of Schematics, Bills of material, diagrams, drawings, etc.
+ Develop test plans to address testing requirements provided by a requesting organization. Test plans include test equipment concept, procedures, cost estimate, etc.
+ Coordinate with the requesting organizations to ensure the planned testing will meet their needs.
+ Review and interpret customer documentation, conduct appropriate research, analysis and experiments with minimal direction from senior staff.
+ Creates technical proposals (solution and timelines) based on requirements.
+ Testing, simulation and measuring (including troubleshooting) the performance of systems
+ Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations
+ Perform testing, in coordination with the Operations group. Ensure operational discipline is maintained by operators and test engineers and that testing is executed per plan and in a safe manner.
+ Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
+ Analyze and interpret data and information
+ Recommend modifications for systems
+ Create reports and documentation
+ Make presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Strong knowledge on test development (SW and Test fixtures)
+ Familiarity with Altium Designer and PCB fabrication
+ Proven strong knowledge on test programming development (Python, labview / Test Stand)
+ Knowledge on fixtures design, setup/integration
+ Good verbal, and written communication skills in English.
+ Must have experience with disciplined operations.
+ Must have experience working with and coordinating well with multiple intercompany organizations.

It is imperative that you are able to effectively and concisely communicate NPI program technical updates, issues and schedule impacts to the leadership team.

+ Lead HR Strategic Planning for Thailand employees i.e. Impacted People Matters Projects for locally and regional/globally (Development Academy, Benefits Analysis and Improvements, Development solutions execution etc.)
+ Manages multiple data and analytics projects and requests.
+ Proactively develop and lead, in compensation and benefits with corporate regional CoE HR (Development, Talent Strategy, Total Rewards, Well-being & Belonging), that will continuously stretch the organization to ensure that the company establishes itself as "best of class" in human capital - talent and culture.

**Job Description**:
- Drawing, GD&T readable
- Measuring machines programable, Measuring evaluations
- Coach the measurement method to suppliers, and optimize the measuring designs
- Plans the measurement technique of initial sample & incoming inspection and Technical statistical control
- Check of supplierbase for on-site shopfloor analysis
- Knowledge about core tools IATF (i.e., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
**Qualifications**:
- Graduated in Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Good command in English.
- Having experience in Project management.
- Drawing, GD&T readable.
- Measuring machines programmable e.g., CMM, Contour, Roughness, Roundness etc.
- Measuring evaluations.
- Can Coach the measurement methods and optimize the measuring designs.

Reporting to Director, Information Technology you will be responsible for
Manage and implement the overall project process along with project operations monitoring.
Compile and supervise project scope, requirements, deliverables, tasks, timelines, resources and other related elements (risks, budgets, quality standard etc.).
Propose and track project man-day.
Report summary of project man-day to Head of Technology and Business Stakeholders.
Cooperate with technology team lead and the project team in prioritizing the development and implementation task to assure on-time delivery with qualified products reaching customer satisfaction.
Evaluate project risks and ensure that all risks are acknowledged and have appropriate mitigation plans.
Establish project management framework, encourage harmony among the team and create the understanding of a common goal.
Liaise between Business Stakeholders and the internal team to verify all requirements to identify the scope of work.
Maintain Business Stakeholders and internal staff engagements through regular status update meetings and manage cross-functional team interdependencies by keeping all project plans and document up to date.
Report project progress to project owner and person in charge regularly and also organize a meeting for internal team and customers.
Bachelor or higher Degree in Computer Engineer or related fields.
Minimum of 3- 5 years in PMO / Project Management for E-commerce platform, online business, Software Development, Mobile Development etc.
Have good communication skills, comfortable to work with internal and external team.
Able to build collaborative relationships across functions based on trust and respect.
Possess "Can Do" and Self-Motivated attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills both English and Thai.
Proactively seeks out information and clarity needed to enable strong decision making for the business.
