Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with client requirements, international standards (e.g., ISO, TIA, Uptime), and internal QA/QC protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with mission-critical facilities such as data centers, telecom hubs, or industrial MEP-intensive projects.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and practices (e.g., ISO 9001, TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• To aid the Owner's General Contractor and the installing trades in the execution of the Owners Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Requirements
• To monitor work in the field to ensure that it is complete and accurate prior to energization and the start of the formal Commissioning process.
• To provide management and inspection services that ensure conformity to construction drawings, specifications and contractor's Quality Control Plan (QCP) including the following:
