• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน (QC) และจัดทำเอกสารเสนอผลการทำงาน
• จัดทำเอกสารและตรวจสอบการเบิกงวดงานของผู้รับจ้างช่วง
• ควบคุมและติดตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยภายในและภายนอกหน่วยงาน
• ตรวจสอบและจัดทำเอกสารส่งมอบงานเมื่อโครงการแล้วเสร็จ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2–5 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง

The Senior Manager - Construction will serve as the expert in construction management planning in conformance with approved project documents and objectives. This position will work closely with the government in developing and implementing this component of the project and will serve as an expert in on-site construction management and activities planning for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project definition and project plan for all projects. Identify milestones, agree and address scope and criteria of milestone achievement.
• Lead the end-to-end construction process, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
• Ensure the monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Lead construction projects to meet all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and legal guidelines.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of a Construction Quality Assurance Plan.
• Develop project budgets and manage costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.
• Lead to select and negotiate contracts with construction firms, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to project schedules and specifications.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or Architect or related field
• 5-7 years of in design construction management of estate units and related site planning experience with good knowledge of building and M&E system.
• Professional registration as an engineer or a construction manager certification.
• A detailed knowledge of Project Planning Software with sufficient experience to further develop standard generic plans and to track progress.
• A good knowledge of cost estimation, budgetary system.
• Possessing Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedure and SHE.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction & Shop Department Manager. You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the company's construction projects and will be involved in overseeing all aspects of the construction and workshop operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Arrange preparation of the Construction Execution Plan in accordance with policy and procedures established for the project. Review and manage/control changes to the CEP on a regular basis to ensure project execution with good quality and safety, achieve planning progress, and save costs. Promotion of safety awareness, implementation of construction safety systems, and demonstrating a personal commitment to achieve the safety targets for the construction site, the safety targets as included in the PEP to ensure well safety in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring all activities are coordinated effectively
2. Oversee the workshop operations, including the fabrication, assembly, and testing of project components
3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential issues or risks
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and project management, to drive project success

Qualifications:

A Full-time Civil Engineer for the Xekong 4 Power Company Limited based in Lao PDR. The Project's shareholders are well-known listed companies in Thailand namely, RATCH Group PLC and B.Grimm Power PLC.

Major Responsibility:

• Support and assist the manager in the development of civil matters for the hydropower projects
• Develop plans, cost estimation, and preparation of the Engineering requirements for installation of system and equipment
• Review and verify the civil engineering specifications, drawing, or document
• Site supervision, monitoring, and following up on the project activities/progress for accuracy, soundness, and completeness
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, OE, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with EPC and PPA requirements
• Prepare reports and documents of project activities and data
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• 4+ years of total experience in civil engineering works, with at least 1–3 years of direct experience in OE/PMC roles for hydropower (HPP), dams, tunnels, or other large-scale infrastructure projects
• Hands-on involvement in design review, construction supervision, and/or QA/QC of hydro structures
• Basic understanding of FIDIC contracts and EPC frameworks (not required to be at senior expert level)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong ability to perform engineering drawing reviews, technical reporting, and/or quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project (or equivalent civil engineering/project management software)
• English working proficiency (able to read/write technical documents and communicate effectively with OE/PMC and EPC teams)
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with proven ability to work in multicultural project environments (Thai, Lao, Chinese, international consultants)
