Your Impact
- We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to oversee project quality assurance. You will be an expert in testing the functions of projects related to Amity's products such as chatbots, social, chat, and video apps. You should have extensive experience in analysis, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage projects.
Your Team
- You will be a member of the Professional Services Team, which is in charge of development projects for the company's customers. You will also collaborate as a team with the project manager, business analyst, and developers to ensure that the project meets the customer's expectations. You will be the one who assists the team in improving the project quality.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Create test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and quality metrics to track and test projects that will be delivered to customers
- Execute quality testing and activities of the projects
- Create quality assurance standards and business processes
- Follow industry quality and safety standards
- Ensure test results of the projects meet customer expectations and demand
- Create reports documenting errors and issues to fixing
- Explain and work with the developers to fix defects
- Led team members and customers to test the projects
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of projects
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and engineers to plan and create test cases of projects
- Testing features as they're constructed during the development cycle.
- Participating in meeting with the internal team and customers to test and ensure the project's functionality doesn't cause issues

- Reporting the status of regression and project quality to stakeholders.
Your Ideal Profile
- New grads who have an QA intern experiences or with at least 1 year of experience testing APIs, web, mobile applications, or console applications
- Experience writing test cases
- Good communication skills in Thai and English both written and verbal
- Experience in regression testing and releases
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and Scrum is a plus
- Experience with SDKs, Chatbot, and understanding how to test functions is a plus
