Role Purpose:

The Incoming & Outgoing Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of materials entering and leaving the production process. This includes inspection and verification of incoming raw materials, packaging quality control, and final product quality before shipment. The role supports continuous improvement, compliance with standards, and customer satisfaction through rigorous quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming Quality Control:

• Perform mechanical and visual inspections of incoming materials, components, and parts using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Approve or reject incoming materials based on specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and logs.
• Identify nonconforming materials and initiate Nonconforming Material Reports (NCRs).
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment.
• Communicate quality issues to suppliers and relevant departments.

Packing Quality Control:

• Inspect packaging materials and methods to ensure compliance with product protection, labeling, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
