2. Coordinate service-related information through the website and social media platforms.

3. Develop the website to support and promote marketing activities of the Dentalis Dental Center.

4. Set goals and operational policies for retaining existing customers and expanding the new customer base.

5. Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve marketing objectives.

6. Promote, support, participate in, and monitor compliance with the company's policies on quality, safety, and environmental standards, and apply them effectively.

7. Motivate, encourage, support, control, and evaluate the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the department, ensuring thorough execution and management.

The Dental Product Specialist will be a core driver in the product functions, such as product training, demonstration, before and after-sales services. Excellence in these functions, powered by professional product knowledge and skills, will help to ensure sales, credibility, brand loyalty, satisfaction, and repeat purchases from Shanghai Pharma's customers.

Responsibilities:

1.Conduct full workflow digital dental product portfolio presentations & demonstrations to all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

2.Support the supervisor in providing product training to the sales team members and related operational personnel (basic knowledge training, hands-on, role-playing tests, written tests, and on-site training sessions with clients).

3.Provide dental product information and fundamental technical use of digital dental products to needed personnel, stakeholders, and customers, in product presentation and sales.

4.Execute appointed business plans, and assist the sales team in achieving annual sales targets, in terms of product knowledge and service support.

5.Help the team to sales and marketing events, such as product launches, product learning, workshops, and webinars.

6.Undertake after sales services: technical support, training, and participate in communication with foreign technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Allied Health Sciences, Medical Technology, Dentistry, or fields related to dental devices. Background/experience related to dental devices will be considered.

• Ability to communicate in and understand English (speaking, writing, reading) — minimum TOEIC score of 600+.

• Work experience in dentistry (clinics/hospitals) or selling dental/digital products will be an advantage.

• Ability to approach, network, and coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the dental industry and market.

• Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and CRM systems.

We are seeking a dynamic and clinically focused Clinical Liaison Specialist to join the team in Thailand. This role serves as a key clinical interface between the company and dental professionals—supporting the effective integration and adoption of its solutions, including clear aligner systems and intraoral scanning technologies. The successful candidate will provide in-depth clinical training, chairside support, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful treatment outcomes and a strong provider experience.

Key job functions and success-relevant tasks

• Deliver comprehensive clinical training and onboarding to new and existing users of clear aligner and intraoral scanning solutions, both onsite and virtually.
• Offer chairside support for complex treatment cases and initial implementations to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical consultant to dental professionals, supporting their growth and confidence in digital treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute educational events, study clubs, seminars, and workshops across Thailand.
• Collect, analyze, and report clinician feedback and clinical trends to support continuous product development and service optimization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of training activities, case support, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Specifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical or field experience in the dental, orthodontic, or medical device industry.
• Proven experience in clinical training, case support, or professional education preferred.
• Familiarity with digital dental technologies (e.g., intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, clear aligners) is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence clinical behavior.
• Fluent in Thai, with professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

4. ถ่ายภาพ X-ray และจัดเก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยในระบบ (ทางคลินิกมีการสอนการใช้งาน)

6. ต้อนรับและพูดคุยกับคนไข้อย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อสร้างความประทับใจ
