• Designing the Electrical and communication systems in both buildings & infrastructures.
• Preparing detailed calculations of Electrical & Communication systems.
• Preparing & developing detailed Revit models.
• Developing & publishing construction documentation.
• Updating and modifying existing models and construction documents.
• Assist with creating and maintaining standard regional BIM templates.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with other trades for clash detection and resolution and be the lead and work with a team with information exchange processes between internal & external customers.
• Provide coordination support for the requests during construction phases.

What can you bring to the team?

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the design Electrical and communication systems including data center experience would be advantage.
• Good knowledge of applying principles to design modeling & drawing.
• Good basic knowledge of software tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
• Good command of English skills.
• Hold the Engineering license (for Thai) or professional engineering license would be advantage.
• Familiarity with the BIMForum LOD Specification, plus AIA and NBIMS standards and best practices for BIM collaboration.
• Good knowledge of construction technology and construction practices.

2. Planning, Executing and Monitoring in Mining Solution Operation. (daily/weekly/monthly)

Qualifications:

• BS/MS  in Mining Engineering or Electrical Engineering with equivalent experience .
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an engineering discipline.

• Technical detail-oriented / Solution Provider
• Good command of English
• Ability to travel

Preferred:  Experience with Mining Quarry and Recycle industry.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare sketch and detailed electrical design and drawings
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis
• Check drawings and documents to ensure consistency with technical specification and compliance with relevant statutory standards and codes and client requirements
• Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with local and international codes (If experience in coordinating with industrial estates, is preferable
• Experience in handling large projects (located in Industrial Estate, DATA CENTER is preferable)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Pro-active, articulate and independent
• Have the license for Professional Practice (Level 2)

• Provide on-site support to the Client's Project Team in all matters related to mech/electrical systems and installations
• Monitor and update project tracking platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
• Coordinate the contractor's activities on-site, review project plans, confirm work progress
• Understand and interpret project schedules and Gantt charts to align with construction timelines
• Manage site documentation including Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Site Memos, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Reports

• Fluent in Thai (English language proficiency is an advantage)

• Implement the preventive Maintenace in the electrical of equipment
• Develop standards for equipment inspection, patrol inspection and maintenance.
• Lead fault analysis.
• Analysis problems of machineries, equipment or electrical system and solve the issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Experience at least 3-5 years for maintenance on electrical HV-LV equipment such as Switchgear, Transformer, UPS, DC charger, MCC, Motor, VSD, Motor Drive Value, Air Condition, Lighting and Grounding
• Experience from OEM is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Able to work on-site and support urgent equipment issues if needed.
• Able to communication in English (Chinese is a plus)
• Strong awareness of safety.
• Have low voltage electrician certification
• Understand the principal of electrical work.
• Knowledge of high voltage electric, generator, UPS.

Responsibilities:

• Review all design information with the Designer to ensure familiarity with the Design Intent.
• Carry out site supervision including attending site meeting, taking minutes and supervision of site work.
• Ensure that all technical aspects for relevant disciplines in the construction contract have been fulfilled.
