**Description:**
The Director of Culture and Communications is responsible for leading the hotel's marketing communications, public relations, brand storytelling, cultural programming, partnerships, and external communications in alignment with Hyatt brand standards and the hotel's positioning.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement the hotel's marketing communications, PR, and brand communication strategy.
+ Lead media relations, press releases, media hosting, press trips, and influencer/KOL collaborations.
+ Strengthen the hotel's brand positioning through storytelling, lifestyle content, cultural programming, and local partnerships.
+ Manage the hotel's external communication channels, including social media, website content, digital listings, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

+ Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support commercial campaigns, tactical promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.
+ Partner with F&B and other departments to promote restaurants, bars, special events, activations, and guest experiences.
+ Build relationships with media, influencers, creative communities, local partners, and relevant lifestyle brands.
+ Plan and support brand events, cultural activations, launches, media events, and community collaborations.
+ Ensure all communication materials are accurate, on-brand, visually aligned, and consistent with Hyatt standards.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, media coverage, and social media performance.
+ Manage PR agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, and external creative partners when required.
+ Support crisis communications and reputation management in coordination with hotel leadership and corporate communications.
+ Prepare reports on PR value, media coverage, social media performance, campaign results, and marketing communication activities.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Director of Commercial
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, brand communications, digital marketing, or a similar role.
+ Previous experience in luxury hotels, lifestyle hotels, hospitality, media, fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries is preferred.
+ Strong understanding of marketing communications, PR strategy, media relations, digital content, and brand positioning.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
+ Strong storytelling, copywriting, editing, and presentation skills.
+ Good network with media, influencers, lifestyle partners, and creative communities is preferred.
+ Experience managing social media content, campaigns, photo/video shoots, and marketing collateral.
+ Creative mindset with strong attention to brand image, visual presentation, and detail.

+ Plan a minimum of 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
+ Update Director of Sales on market trends and business leads
+ Prepare monthly action plan for main market segment and implement an account development plan for key accounts to achieve maximum revenue in both short and long term
+ Perform monthly review account profile on room nights production and average rate
+ Monitor competitors' rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
+ Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management to achieve financial and non-financial objectives , including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts
+ Solicit new and existing corporate/group/catering accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication
+ Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
+ Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon
+ Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
+ Identify and communicate ideas, customer expectations from assigned segments and territory
+ Update management and other departments on VIP arrivals, meet and greet accordingly
+ Attend overseas trade shows, key clients events, FAM trips and sales trip as planned, submitted and approved at the beginning of each year and updated calendar at each quarter
+ Ensure that all accounts profile, all sales reports and any other relevant information are updated
+ Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
+ Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
+ Follow company and department policies and procedures
+ Ensure dress-code and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures
**Required skills and Qualifications:**
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records in a 5 star hotel
+ Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality or related field
+ Excellent verbal, reading and written communication skills
+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
+ Satisfactorily communicate with guests, employees and management to their understanding
+ Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
+ A team player and builder

**Job Purpose**
Revenue Analyst is to support Director of Revenue in analyzing and reporting Revenue Management data in all revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, etc).
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Identifies the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
+ Accurate updates and data gathering of information for Director of Revenue.
+ Undertake regular price and competitor analysis.
+ Develop and learn more about reporting with an overall goal to become the first point of contact for all statistics & revenue related requests and issues.
+ The Revenue Analyst will assist with collating, gathering and quality of control of revenue data as well as tracking performance against set budgeted targets.
+ Assist to the Director of Revenue for generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports and presenting results from all segments.
+ Maintains a high level of customer service by anticipating problems and initiating course corrections. Regularly interfaces with senior management.
+ Observes, receives, and otherwise obtains information from all relevant sources.
+ Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
+ Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
+ Prepares sales strategy meeting supporting documentation.
+ Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
+ Enters, transcribes, records, stores, or maintains information in written or electronic form.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field (finance/analytical background or studies).
+ Experience in Revenue, Reservations or Sales in Hospitality/Hotel business is advantageous.
+ Strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.
+ Able to communication in both written and spoken English.
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills.
+ Opera system knowledge is advantageous.
