**Your day to day**

Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre is a 288-room hotel located in the heart of Rayong, offering modern comfort with the warm hospitality the region is known for. As Rayong's tallest building, the property features rooftop dining on the 30th floor, a pool with ocean views, a fitness centre, and a club lounge, serving both leisure and business travellers.
We are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on General Manager to lead the hotel through its next phase of growth. This role requires a confident leader who can drive performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and inspire high-performing teams.
**The Role**
+ Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring strong commercial and operational performance.
+ Maintain a visible presence across the hotel, engaging with guests and supporting the team.
+ Build and develop a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture.
+ Drive revenue growth and profitability through sound commercial decision-making.
+ Build trusted relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local business community.
+ Represent the hotel within the Rayong and Eastern Seaboard market.
**What We Need From You**
