Sales
- Responsible for sales to achieve sales target in the assigned territory
- Manage & implement local sales tactics & execution per year in line with country objectives.
- Possible requirement to cover surgical cases when needed.
- Periodically prepare sales performance analyses in sales results, forecast, critical issues as needed
- Create & maintain relationships with key hospital stake holders including but not limited to:Procurement or KOL'
- Maintain appropriate levels of company quality service
- Maintain a network of cooperative relationship with customers and HCPs
- Adhere to Corporate policy, legislation and quality compliance to meet national and international standards.
- Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED.
Marketing
- Support the commercial objective in implementing local marketing tactics & execution in the assigned territory
- Professionally execute product launches, obsolescence and recalls partnering with RAQA.management of HCP interactions ensuring compliance is adhered
This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 or more years experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
Marketing & Product management part:
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and product presentations (new banners, draft agenda,
etc.)
- Support workshop, training course, and medical education event coordination
- Help conduct basic market and competitor research
- Assist in inventory management and analysis
- Support product launch preparation activities (online webinars)
On sites with the Sales part:
- Assist with product checking
- Assist Implant management
- Assist customer engagements and managements
**What they will learn from us:**
- Understanding of medical device marketing and product management in the joint replacement
industry
- Practical experience in developing marketing materials and supporting product positioning
- Exposure to medical education programs, workshops, and surgeon engagement activities
- Fundamentals of market research and competitor analysis in healthcare
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Hands-on experience in product launch preparation and webinar execution
- Real-world exposure to field operations alongside the Sales team
- Understanding of implant logistics, product handling, and quality control
- Insight into hospital workflow and customer relationship management
- Professional communication skills in a healthcare business environment
- Cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
