**Scope, & Impact:**
+ Responsible for achieving business growth in KO and Bottler, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within Complete Portfolio, multi channels and the KO System.
+ Oversee operations in the territory of Haad Thip. Aligns set of business performance metrics with networked organization and bottling partner. The FOSM is the ultimate steward of the system progress behind the agree-upon performance metrics for his/her territory.
+ Responsible for coordinating efforts with KO front line working team and bottler's; ultimately responsible for securing bottling partners' alignment and flawless execution. Jointly with the Thailand & Laos Franchise Director; the Franchise Operations Sr. Manager leads the growth with Bottling partners, aligned with the OU's and center's strategy.
+ Champions comprehensive segmented Growth to Market (GMT) approaches, with focus on tourist areas.
+ Leads by example and builds capability and a culture of excellence in execution within bottling partner.
+ An agent of change, Franchise will be a key player in the system's transition to the new operating model and ways of working.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 8-10 years within the KO System or FMCG in a franchise model or equivalent; where leading through influence plays a key role
+ Strong experience in Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy Experience
+ Understanding of retail (Horeca, Modern, Traditional Channel) and Revenue Growth Management.

**Focus, Scope, & Impact:**
+ This is a local role with broad responsibilities for shaping and executing the public affairs, communications and sustainability (PACS) strategy and implementation plans for the Thailand market. The person is a core member and a trusted advisor to the Thailand leadership team, contributing to overall market strategy and decision making and advise/ council on reputational risks, external trends and stakeholder expectations.
+ Lead and coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g. bottler, trade and industry associations, public affairs agencies) to develop and execute the Thailand public affairs & sustainability strategy and stakeholder engagement plans:
+ Champion reasonable legislation and regulations that support predictable developments of the industry and expectations of consumers. In particular, map, manage and positively impacts the Company's reputation and relationships with key local government and stakeholders to proactively address business issues and opportunities, including national and local regulations related but not limited to excise taxes and related levies, labelling, ingredient, marketing, waste & environmental regulations.
+ Monitor, analyze and pre-empt the national and local regulatory agenda.
+ Lead key PACS operational processes such as managing the Incident and Crisis Management process for Thailand, working in close collaboration with the bottler and Technical and Supply Chain teams.
+ Lead and manage key stakeholders' relationships and collaboration projects in Thailand. Key stakeholders would include government ministries and agencies, industry & trade associations, think tanks and media.
+ Lead and manage routines, reporting and performance metrics for Thailand's PACS plans, budget and key business success metrics.
+ Lead the local sustainability agenda, translating global commitments into market relevant strategies and measurable actions, in particular on priority areas including water stewardship and watershed protection, packaging circularity and recycling systems and community development and social progress, by working with NGOs, development partners, government agencies and communities.
+ Lead an integrated communications and PR strategy with our global/ regional communication teams, bottlers and PR agencies that strengthens our corporate reputation and social license to operate:
+ Amplify local marketing and brand campaigns through earned media, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring relevance to local consumers and communities.
+ Ensure strong local implementation of global and regional communication strategies, adapting them to resonate with Thai consumers and stakeholders.
+ Strengthen work processes and alignment with our bottlers to ensure implementation and tracking/course correct business reputational success metrics.
**People leadership:**
+ Leads a high-performing team with a collaborative and enterprise mindset that model enterprise leadership behaviors.
