**About the Role**
Reporting to the Manager - Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain & Logistics, the Purchasing Agent is responsible for end-to-end procurement of direct and indirect materials - chemicals, instrument components, packaging, MRO, and services - supporting Hach Thailand's manufacturing Distribution Center operations. The role establishes and maintains strategic sourcing relationships with emphasis on quality, delivery, and total cost, negotiates supplier contracts, and owns the purchase-order lifecycle within Oracle ERP.
The Purchasing Agent partners closely with Planning, Production, Quality, EHS, Import-Export, Finance, and Engineering to ensure uninterrupted supply, supports compliance with Thai Free Zone and hazardous-goods requirements.
**What You'll Do**
Sourcing & Vendor Management
+ Establish and maintain supply systems to ensure sufficient material supply for operations.
+ Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers for prompt resolution of quality and delivery.
+ Build and maintain a high level of knowledge about commodity suppliers and market conditions to support strategic sourcing decisions.
+ Monitor supplier performance through scorecards; hold suppliers accountable to agreed service-level and quality targets.
Negotiation & Cost Management
+ Negotiate with suppliers to attain the lowest total cost of ownership.
+ Lead RFQ/RFP processes and support long-term contract negotiations and renewals.
+ Contribute to annual cost-out / Purchase Price Variance (PPV) targets and savings tracking.
Purchase Order & Data Management
+ Place and maintain purchase orders, blanket orders, and long-term agreements to support ongoing material supply.
+ Maintain ERP master data - vendor master, sourcing rules, lead times, MOQs, prices, and delivery terms - with high accuracy.
+ Process change orders, expedites, and order acknowledgments accurately and on time.
Compliance & Quality
+ Ensure procurement activity complies with Thai Free Zone, customs, and trade regulations in partnership with Import-Export.
+ Support sourcing of hazardous goods in line with IATA / IMDG / DOT standards and Hach EHS requirements.
+ Participate in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 audits and maintain procurement procedure documentation and audit-readiness.
+ Help define, establish, and continuously improve Purchasing policies and procedures for internal training and certification.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with Planning, Production, Quality, EHS, Import-Export, Finance, and Engineering to balance service, cost, and inventory goals.
+ Provide timely status updates on supplier quality or delivery issues to internal customers.
+ Support new product introductions, engineering change requests, and end-of-life material transitions.
Continuous Improvement
+ Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to enhance procurement decision-making, including demand pattern analysis, supplier performance monitoring, and risk identification.
+ Identify procurement improvement opportunities; implement standard work and visual controls.
+ Apply Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools - Daily Management, Kaizen, and Problem-Solving Process (PSP) - to drive supplier and process improvement.
+ Leverage data analytics to deliver spend visibility, supplier scorecards, and savings tracking.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years' progressive experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Specialist, or Purchasing Agent in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
+ Working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems with strong purchase-order and master-data discipline; Oracle EBS or Fusion preferred.
+ Demonstrated negotiation skills and supplier-relationship management.
+ Understanding of contract terms, JIT / demand-flow principles, and basic procurement legal and commercial concepts.
+ Strong business communication skills in English and Thai (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Demonstrated AI utilization knowledge.
+ Experience procuring chemicals, instrument components, or regulated / hazardous materials.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Senior Accountant is responsible for general financial accounting, analytical reporting, cost management, and oversight of accounts receivable activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls for ADC. **Job Summary**
The Senior Accounts Payable (Sr. AP) Accountant is responsible for overseeing and controlling end-to-end AP processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions in accordance with company policies and GAAP. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, supports audits, month-end closing, and continuously improves AP processes to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble, verify, and process supplier invoices by matching PR, PO, delivery notes, and tax invoices (domestic, freight, and overseas).
+ Perform expense audits and process employee expenses in compliance with company policies.
+ Maintain overall control and accuracy of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and correct postings.
+ Prepare and support balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Payable, Goods in Transit (GIT), and prepaid expenses.
+ Prepare and reconcile VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) accurately and on time.
+ Support month-end closing activities, including AP accruals and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) related to AP transactions.
+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and local tax regulations related to AP.
+ Support internal and external audits by preparing AP samples, reconciliations, and supporting accounting documentation.
+ Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and relevant stakeholders to resolve audit queries.
+ Continuously identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and efficiency.
+ Provide guidance and support to internal business partners regarding AP procedures and policies.
+ Communicate effectively with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ At least 5-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
+ Strong knowledge of AP processes, GAAP, VAT, and WHT.
+ Experience in balance sheet reconciliation, month-end closing and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
+ Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
+ Be able to work in Amata City Rayong area.

Hach-TH Water Quality Platform, a part of the Hach Company, is a leader in manufacturing and distributing analytical instruments and reagents used to test water quality and other liquid solutions. In response to the rapidly expanding reagent in water test business in Thailand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Water Quality Thailand Group as an **Sales Engineer.**
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
This role is responsible for driving sales of the company's products, solutions, and services within the Industrial sector. The position focuses on expanding the customer base, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening existing relationships. It involves executing sales activities in an assigned territory, identifying opportunities for online process and lab instruments, participating in customer visits and product demonstrations, and collaborating closely with internal teams to support business growth. The role also requires accurate sales forecasting, maintaining customer records in SFDC (SalesForce), and monitoring competitive activities.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The Sales Engineer promotes the company's products & solutions and services to the Industrial sector and expands existing customer bases, establishes new customers relationships, and develops the business to new customers.
+ Performs all sales activity within an assigned accounts to meet company objectives.
+ Annually submits and implements a detailed sales action plan identifying: On-line Process and Lab instrument sales objectives, sales opportunities for customers, and regional shows to be attended during the following fiscal year by SFDC
+ Participates in sales activities, including key customer site visits, developing the On-line Process and Lab instrument business, increasing our On-line Process and Lab instrument market share, trade seminars/shows, workshops, product demonstrations
+ Submit annual, monthly, and weekly sales forecasts to the Sales Manager
+ Maintains customer activity files in SFDC
+ Work closely with the Sales Manager, Application Engineer, and Marketing team to drive the business through the existing strategy
+ Collects and reports information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory.
+ Other duties that will be assigned from time to time
**KEY COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Strong background in Engineering/Science in Chemical, Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or equivalent. Alternate Science Degrees will be also considered.
+ Excellent in Thai and good in English communication both speaking and writing
+ Sales experience (at least 5 years) in similar products and services in industrial segments, Pharmaceutical/ F&B/ Global Key Account/ Key Account of Sales Achievement is preferred.
+ Individuals, equipped with a more technically inclined sales approach will be an added advantage.
+ Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT software to facilitate sales related administrative work, in areas of quotations & project bid proposals preparations.
+ Must have a valid driver's license and possess own vehicle
