**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Conducting a valuation assignment for all kinds of real estate including land, factory, office building, retail space etc.
+ Conducting a valuation analysis for real estate starting from site inspection, market field survey to value assessment and report preparation.
+ Make thorough inspections and investigations of a property and consider factors such as location and business in their valuations.
+ Coordinates team on real estate properties to accurately estimate the market value for financing purposes.
+ Visit sites to decipher areas, conditions and determine the local laws and regulations governing the area.
+ Conduct property valuations and create quality detailed reports, ensuring that proper timelines are followed.
+ Ensure the integrity of the evaluation request through validation of the legal description and ownership interest.
+ Meet all service level standards for responsiveness to clients.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in economics or finance.
+ New graduates are welcome.
+ Experience in property valuation or related fields is advantageous.
+ Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English.
+ Proficient in data collection and analysis.
+ Ability to exercise judgment and handle complex real estate property types and legal structures.
+ Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Microsoft Excel.

- Demonstrate an awareness and understanding of risk management practices and processes.
**Qualifications**
- Experience of working in Transaction Services on Financial Due Diligence and/or Audit & Assurance with global accounting firms
- 1-3 years required for Junior - Senior Associate
- 4-6 years required for Assistant Manager
- 6 years up required for Manager
- Solid understanding of M&A processes
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
- Strong communication and presentation capability
- Ability to thrive in an international environment
