Position: Artificial Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven AI Analyst to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools and solutions across departments. The ideal candidate will bridge technology with business needs, driving AI adoption to enhance workflow efficiency, automate processes, and strengthen data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will act as a change agent, reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, and will play a pivotal role in embedding AI into the organization's DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess emerging AI tools that align with organizational goals and drive operational efficiency. Examples include: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek, Gamma , Zapier, , Perplexity, MMLU-Pro, Browse.AI, RunwayML, Sora, Grok, AI website builders (e.g., Durable, Framer AI), stock image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo AI, )
• Recommend and implement AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve analytics, enhance productivity, and reduce manual effort across the Company and its departments.
• Integrate AI tools with existing platforms or recommend integration strategies (e.g., CRM, ERP, Hotel Property Management systems, Hotel Revenue Management systems, Social Media and Marketing tools, Microsoft Office).
• Set up AI-driven automation pipelines (e.g., email automation, data extraction, workflow triggers).
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote AI tool adoption and help employees build team-level AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply AI in real-world scenarios such as customer segmentation, market research, content creation, graphic design, and web development.
• Create easy-to-follow documentation, SOPs, toolkits, and tutorials to support sustainable AI use internally.
• Monitor AI trends and tools to propose pilots, new solutions, and updates to existing processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree and/or work experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience applying AI tools in an organizational, business, or project-based context.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), workflow automation, and AI-powered analytics.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools, including but not limited to: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek, Gamma , Zapier, , Perplexity, MMLU-Pro, Browse.AI, RunwayML, Sora, Grok AI website builders (e.g., Durable, Framer AI), stock image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo AI, )

Overview

You'll build, deploy and maintain production-grade AI systems that solve real business problems, from data pipelines and model training to API-driven model serving and monitoring. You will work with product managers and software engineers to turn prototypes into reliable services used by customers and internal teams.

What you'll own

• Deliver end-to-end ML/AI features: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build reproducible model training pipelines (CI for ML), and automate model retraining and evaluation.
• Productionise models: containerized deployments, model serving (APIs/microservices), and scale using cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Optimise models for latency, throughput and cost; design observability (metrics, drift detection, alerting).
• Collaborate with engineers and product to define success metrics, run A/B tests, and translate ML results into product outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers, review code, and contribute to engineering best practices (testing, reproducibility, documentation).

Must-have (what we expect on day one)

• 3+ years experience building and shipping ML/AI solutions (not just research/prototyping).
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks: PyTorch and/or TensorFlow. Experience with libraries for production ML (MLflow, ONNX, Hugging Face) a plus.
• Solid understanding of statistics, ML fundamentals, and evaluation metrics for classification/regression and ranking.
• Experience with data engineering: SQL, ETL, working with large datasets, and feature stores or equivalent patterns.
• Hands-on experience deploying models to cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure) and working knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes or serverless options.
• Clear code, strong testing habits, and production debugging experience.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) stacks, or generative AI deployments.
• Background in computer vision, NLP, recommender systems or time-series forecasting relevant to our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform
  manual data labeling
  of camera frames, heatmaps, and sensor outputs according to project guidelines.
• Organize and maintain datasets for training and testing machine learning models.
