Data Architecture Planning
- Design and build data-integration solutions based on the business requirement
- Select and integrate any Big Data tools and frameworks required to meet business and technical requirements
- Implement data ingestion routines and validate its correctness

- 4-8 years of working experience
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, and other related fields
- Proficiency in SQL query usage to support investigation and analysis
- Experience in one of the programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, Bash, Ruby, and any other languages
- Sufficient knowledge of ETL concept, design, and development.
- Good knowledge of data modeling, and data warehousing
- Having a background in the fintech and banking industry is a plus.

Routine Work
Use the Retail Measurement Data (Nielsen/GfK) to demonstrate category and brand performance, be able to present the findings (trends and insights) of ours and competition brands to the larger audience.
Will be working on category/sub-category forecast for strat plan, be able to connect macro and micro variables and the impact of the same on the category forecast (having statistical knowledge of forecast model will be added advantage)
Connect brand's retail performance and brand tracking performance (Equity & Purchase intents) and generate insights to support NPD/Innovation process.
Undertake innovation projects to build/develop insights from both retail (sales) and consumers perspective and help the product team to realize the opportunity size (both in volume and value).
Take the ownership of retail performance and industry forecast reports delivery system to the internal stakeholders by liaising with the agency.
Stakeholder Interaction
Bring the perspective of APAC and MEA market and consumers insights to cross functional and global boards committees through Innovation, Syndicated data, Shopper insights and through brand tracking as and when applicable. Be able to connect the dots from different data sources.
Manage and lead consumer and business insights projects for the Business Area across our portfolio of categories and brands to guide strategic decisions for product innovations, Gen-Plan, and technology roadmap initiatives based on those insights.

Who You Are
EDUCATION
University degree (Statistics/Mathematics background preferred but not necessary)
EXPERIENCE
Strong hold on excel with numeric competence is a must. (SPSS or other statical/visualization tools experience will be an advantage)
Functional Knowledge of Retail Measurement and Industry Forecast are a must (Nielsen/GfK/Euromonitor)
Have worked and used syndicated data for Innovation projects (Adhoc studies)
Excellent English proficiency
Innovation capabilities development experience.
Work background of BASES or Advanced Analytics and/or other NPD process would be added advantage.
