**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and e-commerce platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a good understanding of e-commerce design requirements.
- Effective leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a creative team and driving KPI-focused outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
