- Job brief
- We are seeking a Thai Design Manager to oversee the design process for our web and mobile apps projects. In this position, you will oversee a team of UX/UI designers as they research, brainstorm, sketch, refine, and perfect wireframes and user interface designs. While your primary responsibilities are to supervise the team, eliminate risk, and ensure quality excellence across projects, you may also participate in the design process. Therefore, you should have some leadership experience and advanced skills in UX and UI design.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and training of the design team- Assist with budgets to actual variance explanations for projects- Support team to disrupt, improve, and evolve ways of working when necessary- Ensure all work areas meet quality and compliance standards- Establish creative strategy, budgets, and schedules for key design projects- Take responsibility for delivering designs on time- Operationalize and implement a standard system for design delivery- Work seamlessly across organizational structures, partnering with marketing, product, and business leadership to develop holistic brand systems- Manage development and review the quality and accuracy of large-scale project designs- Establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan- Partner with site and product teams to ensure the brand is consistent across the full customer journey- Capture all states, cases, and functional logic in partnership with the product and engineering team to ensure seamless execution- Partner with product leaders and build and maintain relationships to develop a clear understanding of overall business and technology strategy where design is a key part of what is delivered- Serve as the primary point of contact for design- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including content developers, IT, senior management, internal business partners, and vendors- Keep a pulse on the culture of product design among designers and design partners to ensure designers are capable of doing their best work- Provide reporting on the implementation of projects while in progress and upon completion- Collaborate with product and marketing to educate on and maintain a cohesive brand- Solve business challenges with the goal of improving experience for prospects, customers, and staff- Maintain established corporate brand standards and consistency of messaging across all published materials and media**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years minimum as a design manager or similar- A deep technical knowledge of the complete design process from brainstorming to end products- A creative drive and a keen eye for innovative ideas and trends- Effective supervisory and organizational skills- The ability to be a leader but to also know how to motivate team members- The patience and determination to resolve issues in a timely manner- Flexibility and dependability to work in multifaceted working environments- The ability to produce quality projects consistently- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral- Experience with Figma and/or Sketch- Experience with UX design, UI design, and Agile software methodologies- Some knowledge of HTML and CSS is a big plus- A collaborator and problem solver- Prior experience as a consultant- A leader in project design and negotiation- Dedicated to organizational transformation- Strict attention to detail and prioritization capabilities- Good English and Thai communications- Preferably Thai citizen**Benefits**

Job Title: In-Store Visibility Design Support Manager
Location: Thailand
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Briefing & Project Planning
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to receive campaign briefs and define project objectives.- Analyze customer/shopper insights to develop in-store visibility strategies aligned with brand goals.
Concept Development & Design- Create design concepts and develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) such as shelf talkers, wobblers, standees, product glorifiers, etc.- Work with designers to produce mock-ups, 3D renderings, and layout proposals.
Presentation & Approval
- Present design proposals and visibility plans to internal stakeholders or clients for approval.- Refine creative assets based on feedback and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Production & Installation Supervision
- Source and coordinate with suppliers for production of approved materials.- Monitor production quality and ensure timely delivery and in-store installation.- Conduct site visits to ensure proper setup and branding consistency.
Budget Management
- Manage project budgets and track spending to ensure cost efficiency.- Review and approve quotations, negotiate costs with vendors when necessary.
Post-Execution Reporting & Optimization
- Collect post-implementation data, including store photos and feedback.- Prepare post-campaign reports with performance analysis and improvement recommendations.- Identify areas for process improvement and share best practices for future campaigns.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field- 1-2 years experience working in media design- Good knowledge of basic technology and basic programs- Good at storytelling, presentations and price negotiations- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and VR Programs is a plus
SOFTWARE SKILLS:

**Summary**
Systems & Applications Design is an interdisciplinary field of engineering that works with cross functional teams of other engineers, customers, supply chain and project leadership to ensure robust and high quality product development.
The Senior Manager, Systems/Applications Engineering is responsible for leading and managing the employees who design, integrate, and manage complex systems over their life cycles. They are engineering leads engaged in issues such as requirements engineering, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, testing and evaluation, maintainability and many other disciplines necessary for successful system design, development, implementation, and ultimate decommission. Enhance designs with feedback from reviews in areas such as manufacturing, test, supply chain, reliability, industrial design and simulations. #LI-LX1
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects, involving multiple domains. Participate in project planning and scheduling.
+ Takes responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project (people, financials etc.)
+ Review and interpret customer specifications and may act as primary customer contact.
+ Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions. Develop deployment strategies and plans.
+ Lead the deployment of strategic technologies/programs and coordinate global deployment efforts.
+ May manage relationships with key vendors/partners.
+ Research systems ideas and draw up plans for these systems
+ Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs. E.g. Architecture of solution: Divide up tasks for various engineering teams to execute taking into consideration requirements engineering, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, testing and evaluation, maintainability and many other disciplines necessary for successful system design and field support.
+ Test, simulate and measure (including troubleshooting) the performance of systems
+ Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations
+ Solve complex problems
+ Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
+ Analyze and interpret data and information
+ Recommend system modifications
+ Create reports and documentation
+ Set yearly plans and goals for the department, give direction on expected performance, provide regular performance evaluations and ongoing feedback. Accountable for all department objectives and achieving agreed targets for key performance indicators.
