- Learn about latest construction techniques from your colleagues, study construction drawings, learn from photos, and monitor Dextra competitors' content.

**Lead publishing and graphic design activities at Dextra**:

- Conception and graphic design of all marketing material for the company, print and digital (including website), in accordance with corporate policy. Creation of artwork for content published by third parties (e.g. magazine advertising) and events (e.g. booth artwork).
- Ensure coordination with printing shop from quotation stage and oversee printing operation at site when necessary.

**3D models creation, organization and rendering**
- Import, create, improve and maintain a database of 3D models used across several digital and print supports.
- Monitor and review regularly Dextra documentation to check accuracy of product graphics.

**Manage video & animation projects**
- Be the pioneer regarding video/animation topics at Dextra by coordinating with team members and/or suppliers to drive video projects from storyboard to editing and publishing.
- Create 3D animations and videos that present Dextra solutions in a modern, innovative and easy-to-understand way by using 3D Studio Max, Maya, or other specialized 3D animation software and rendering plug-ins.
- Contribute to the publishing on Dextra website, Youtube, Vimeo, LinkedIn and tracking each video’s success.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Applied Art or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 year experience in graphic design, publishing field. (You will be able to show a portfolio of personal projects.)
- Good English skills in both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Good command of Maya, 3D Studio Max software or equivalent for 3D rendering and animation.
- Other Adobe Creative Suite software's (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are a plus.
- Adobe Premiere editing skills and/or After effect is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- SolidWorks is a plus.
- Printing experience is a plus.

+ Ensure all digital designs are optimized for usability, accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
+ Size, retouch and color-correct images for internal and external publication.
+ Research and obtain stock images.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations that reflect the brand's image and style in order to drive hotel revenue. Partners with marketing managers and related operational departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables. Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral. Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates. Executes various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. The Graphic Designer handles promotional videos (pictures, videos, etc. ) required by various departments of the hotel and supervises production related to design. This role is responsible for the production of posters, promotional videos, printed materials and other products related to design, ensuring that the products meet the group's design standards, advertising, a deep understanding of the corporate philosophy and culture.

**What will I be doing?**

As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Create and implement hotel promotional materials, merchandising, theme decorations and other project design concepts based on assignment specifications.
- Design all kinds of photos that can be used for printing and production.
- Proficient with desktop printing systems.
- Design and produce logos, banquet posters, banners, background panels and decorations.
- Receive group standards and ensure that all hotel design works such as hotel brand, colour, specifications and group standards are consistent.
- Ensure that jobs are scheduled properly, and time management is exercised for art section to meet set deadlines.
- Create a database of designs, photography, books, references, and standard colours for reference.
- Ensure the normal operation and maintenance of printing systems.
- Plan the purchase of art supplies and paper inventory, monitoring paper usage.
- Maintain books and magazine pictures in design file systems.
- Manage the hotel image database including official hotel photos and event photos for hotel promotion.
- Learn and keep updated on creative trends and related information in design work.
- Keep and economize on all kinds of art tools, materials and equipment.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
