**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Reliability Engineer II will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will partner with the team to ensure the fulfillment of reliability engineering strategies.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Implement moderately complex reliability excellence activities and identify and prioritize reliability engineering value creation opportunities.
+ Execute the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology in alignment with the area procedures.
+ Prepare technical reviews of moderately complex projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
+ Perform the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
+ Collaborate with and provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.
+ Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of two years of related work experience
+ Other minimum qualifications may apply
+ Solid knowledge in the application of reliability tools
+ Knowledge in maintenance process management
+ Project management experience
+ Experience creating complex tests and analysis
+ Predictive maintenance technologies experience

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of Electrical experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
+ Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) of equipment, the required use of safety equipment, ladders, and personal protective equipment in accordance with safety and ergonomic guidelines and assessments.
+ Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Thai fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Electrical Technician's License.

+ Experience working in mission-critical facility environments, including data centers, hospitals, power plants, or production factories, etc.
+ Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools, digital metering, or calibration/diagnostic equipment.
+ Knowledge of electrical systems used in a data center environment (e.g., feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units).
+ Ability to communicate with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on systems.

You ensure that environmental and safety standards are consistently met, identifying problems and making repairs quickly. In emergency situations or abnormal conditions, you manage data center performance issues and outages to minimize the recovery time from failures.
