**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing the project memorandum, PR & PO, power of attorney document, and any projects related document which assigned by line manager.
- Organizing payments and expenses submissions for the project.
- Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the department/project to facilitate other business operations.
- Handling inventory management of office supplies, project required supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Preparing all payment documents accurately before submitting to project director’s approval.
- Coordinating between head office, plant, contractors and business partner in any matter required.
- Ensuring that systems are functional and office’s physical conditions are managed to support working effectiveness of the team.

- Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Arts or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project administrator, coordinator and secretary.
- Experience in engineering or digital business would be an advantage.
- Ability to understand business process and industry knowledge.
- Administrative and time management skills.
- Customer-focused service provision, and people interface and corporate communications consulting.
- Being proactive with good personality, ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
- Good command in English both of written and verbal (TOEIC >750) and good computer literacy.
- Ability to use SAP would be an advantage.
- Ability to travel/work in upcountry and abroad.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Ability to use MS office (For MS Excel-using formulas).
- Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.

Your scope of work will include the following:
- Preparation and management of conceptual design studies, feasibility studies, lenders engineer and independent engineer projects, and technical due diligence assessments for acquisition of renewable energy projects
- Management of EPC tendering projects, negotiations with EPC contractors, IPP bidding projects, PPA negotiations and renewable energy project development in general
- Management of various other technical consulting assignments for solar, battery, hybrid and wind power projects
- Preparation of reports for the clients as required and coordinating the internal report preparation process
- Possibility to expand role to include business development, proposal preparation and consulting contract negotiation, as well as project management of other type of renewable energy and thermal power projects
**Qualifications**:
- Higher professional degree in engineering field relevant for the job (B.Sc. or higher)
- Industry background and more than 7 years’ work experience from power utilities, engineering companies, or power sector consulting companies
- Experience with solar, wind and / or hybrid power projects
- Subject to travel restrictions, the willingness to travel to other countries inside and outside the region to support environmental and social services.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent report writing, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Experience in client interaction and capability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well with people from a range of cultures
- Ability to work independently
