+ Assisting Maintenance Area Leader in the management of the Area Maintenance department.
+ Ensuring a proper diagnostic of mechanical problems, repair and restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns
+ Ensuring the implementation of the local Maintenance strategy (including TPM implementation support, maintenance processes improvements including SAP PM, interfaces with other departments, condition monitoring tools implementation, etc.)
+ Ensuring Environment, Safety and Health requirement fulfillment in the area of responsibility.
+ Informing and insuring involvement of area Maintenance employees on ESH issues
+ Identifying, analyzing and insuring the implementation of potential mechanical improvements (including costs savings) on area production machineries in cooperation with other departments (Production, Quality, Purchasing)
+ Maintaining professional and technical mechanical/pneumatical/hydraulically knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
+ Training and participating to the evaluation of mechanics in the area
+ Maintaining an updated mechanical documentation in the area (AutoCAD plans, mechanical, pneumatical, hydraulically drawings, etc.)
+ Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent field
+ Over 3 years working with mechanical experience if possible in manufacturing industry, tire industry is a plus
+ Experienced in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects
+ Having Basic knowledge of Gear box, conveyors, chain, pulley, alignment, levelling, solid works, rotating mechanical machines
+ Advance knowledge of Pneumatic system
+ Basic knowledge of Hydraulic, Electrical and Automation system
+ Experience on robotic, designing, project is advantage Predictive maintenance
+ Regular international contacts through projects, colleagues, or external suppliers.
+ Good command of English

**Job Description**
* Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
* Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
* Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
* Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignements.
* Identifies discrepancies in results.
* Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
* Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
* Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design
elements for engineering works.
* Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.
**Qualifications**
+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
+ Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in consulting environment.
+ Have exposure to detailed design, design with contractors and on site experience will be an added advantage.
+ Ability to produce detailed design calculations and preparation of design drawings, specifications and information for mechanical/electrical building services engineering systems for construction projects.
+ Worked in infrastructure projects, e.g. railway projects will be an added advantage.
+ Willing to accept fixed term contract of 2 years.
