Job Scope

Responsible for all project management related aspects of the products of Mubea Somboon (MSA) for several dedicated customers. Manage the projects to assure flawless and timely product development and industrialization for several dedicated customers (the project target such as budget, timing, quality and customer requirements)

Job description and responsibilities

1. Management of projects according to customer requirements and MSA internal standards (e.g. Process description U9)
2. Create and track project plan / schedule / budget.
3. Define project team and their responsibilities, lead the Project team.
4. Responsible for timely preparation of necessary project management documentation (e.g. PPAP, Quality Gate Reviews, etc.) according to customer requirements and internal standards.
5. Establish, update and manage a project data files | Gather and share the project key information
6. Actively communicate with engineering, production, logistics, sales, quality and purchasing departments, Organize kick off and regularly (weekly) project meeting and record meeting minutes.
7. Follow up open issue list and find the related persons to solve problems, based on analytical thinking to evaluate the risk and guide the decision maker with solution proposal.
8. Facilitate Communication with other Mubea locations to exchange project related information if necessary (e.g. for global projects) and project reporting
9. Presentation of general technical aspects to customers. (product/process/innovation)
10. Promote our product innovations to customers, in order to enter project advance development.
11. Support Sales acquisition activities regarding the Order Intake/new business.
12. Design calculation for Chassis products according to customers and internal requirements
13. Responsible for design, testing, prototype, industrialization phases, Ramp up …
14. Follow up ECR and VAVE activities with sales and design dept.
15. Coordinate the communication with projects suppliers (Chinese)

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree Major: Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Product Design / Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Material Engineering / Metallurgical Engineer or Related Engineering
2. Absolute required experience in automotive industry and engineering at least 3 years

Main Purpose:

1.Manage raw material localization project, sourcing and establish local supplier data base

Principal Accountabilities:

• Comprehensively investigate potential EV battery package component suppliers in Thailand
• Collect supplier information and screen potential suppliers according to process requirements and business conditions
• Establish NVG local supplier data base

Formal Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Material, Machine, Electronic, Energy, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a PM manager in the automotive industry or assembly industry, with priority given to candidates with experience in the new energy industry.
