Job Description:
Our client is a Leader of production and operation in oil and gas, they are looking for a contractor 3 years in **Production Operator**, working as a rotation: in Gulf of Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- _ _Monitor plant operations on site which includes adjusting local set points and gauges to accommodate fluctuations in operations, report to Supervisor any abnormalities and discrepancies or defects on equipment, instruments or any anomalies such defective and/ or corroded piping, structure or equipment for further rectification. _
- _ _Open and shut various valves manually. Start and stop pumps and rotating equipment in accordance with set procedures and Supervisor’s instructions. _
- _ _Perform normal routine and specific work i.e. pigging operation, well testing, ESD testing, etc. on the complex, troubleshoot, start up and shut down according to Panel Operators and/ or Supervisor’s instructions including following sequential procedure of opening/ closing valves and associated equipment. _
- _ _Carry out routine checks of plant operating conditions in accordance with set schedules including taking samples, recording, reading, checking running conditions of various equipment, etc. _
- _ _Perform other similar or related duties such as ensuring an adequate supply of consumable on site, observing all SSHE rules and regulations, maintaining basic files and records, etc. _
- _ _Refill chemical tanks as required and monitor the injections at specified rates._
- _ _Isolate equipment for repair or PM, able to operate of equipment on board such as Synchronize 480 Volt and 6600Volt Solar turbine generator, air compressor, VRC gas recovery unit, Water injection Pumps, Glycol dehydration & regeneration skid, operate waste heat recovery system, water injection system, MRU. _
- _ _Comply with the Company’s SSHE policy, rules and regulations for all works under responsibility._

**Qualifications**:

- _Thai Nationality only_
- _ Technical Diploma in related field _
- _3-5 years’ experience in similar position._
- _ Having Maintenance Skills at Remote Wellhead Platform is preferable. _
- _Fair command of both spoken and written English_
- _ Moderate physical effort of standing, walking, and climbing for 50% of work time_

- _Valid Certificate of BOSIET, TFOET, FOET _
- _Valid medical reports with fit-to-work results. _

Job Description:
Our client is a Leader of production and operation in oil and gas, they are looking for a contractor 3 years in **Senior Production Operator**, working as a rotation: in Gulf of Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- _ _Monitor plant operations on site which includes to accommodate fluctuations in operations,_report to Supervisor any abnormalities and discrepancies or defects on equipment, instruments or any anomalies such defective and/ or corroded piping, structure or equipment for further rectification_
- _ _Open and shut various valves manually. Start and stop pumps and rotating equipment in accordance with set procedures and Supervisor’s instructions. _
- _ Perform normal routine and specific work i.e. pigging operation, ESD testing, etc. on the remote platform, troubleshoot, start up and shut down according to Panel Operators and/ or Supervisor’s instructions including following sequential procedure of opening/closing valves and associated equipment. _
- _ Control work permit and activities on remote platform on behalf of Production Supervisor including other specific jobs such hook-up commissioning, well operation, construction work _
- _ Carry out routine checks of plant operating conditions in accordance with set schedules including taking samples, recording, reading, checking running conditions of various equipment, etc. _
- _ Carry out plant housekeeping and minor frontline maintenance as required e.g. greasing, cleaning, and fixing or replacing minor parts on plant and equipment which knowledge and competence to perform. _
- _ Examine daily log-sheets and highlight any anomalies observed. _
- _ Be able to operate central complex and remote wellhead platforms by HMI, DCS and SCADA systems. _
- _ Coach Operators/ new Operators and provide supervision and assistance to them during routine and non-routine operation. _
- _ Regularly perform ESD testing and ensure, when working on remote platform, that safety shut-down system is in good working order according to schedules. _
- _Perform work activities in conformance to hygiene policy and concern e.g. sea line batch treatment, pig recovery, filter change over, and keep high contaminated area on platform clean. _
- _ Assist to perform specific work i.e. intelligent pigging operation, filter change over, process field trail test. _
- _ Perform other similar or related duties such as ensuring an adequate supply of consumable on site, observing all SSHE rules and regulations, maintaining basic files and records, etc. _
- _Refill chemical tanks as required and monitor the injections at specified rates. _
- _ Perform booster compressor stop/ start/ running operation and front-line maintenance as instructed by Supervisor._
- _ Take all appropriate actions and steps in case of emergency according to Production Team Leader and Production Supervisor’s instructions. _
- _ Comply with and promote the Company’s SSHE policy, rules and regulations for all work under responsibility._

- _ Operate according to situations arising at various stages, various control in struments, regulating power, flows, temperature, pressures, etc. to achieve daily production target at maximum utilization of available resources. _
- _ Maintain all control activities on Production Platform, Quarter Platform and Wellhead Platforms. Be involved in control and administration of plant work permit procedure. _
- _ Operate from the control room’s operator workstation, OWS, the overall control system (process control system, emergency shutdown, and fire & gas system). Regularly check and ensure that they are functioned correctly and safely. _
- _ Provide work direction and assistance to process and utilities operators. Ensure that they are in compliance with Company SSHE rules and regulations. _
- _ Record a range of data on daily log-sheets at pre-determines intervals, make calculations and record details. _
- _ Prepare daily production reports on plant and well performance. Indicate well parameters, any work carried out on well, etc. and ensure an efficient filing of all recorded data. _
- _ Report unplanned operational deviations to Supervisor and take corrective action where these fall within his scope and competence. _
- _ Report to Supervisor any discrepancies or defects on equipment and/ or instruments. _
- _ Carry out all necessary inhibition of element/ system when required (through work permit) and keep accurate log status of the plant at all times. _
- _Perform other related duties such as reporting malfunction of consoles equipment, maintaining the control room area in a clean and tidy condition._
- _ Operate and control plant condition to meet production target as per product specification. _
- _ Monitor the EWRS (AIS) system and report suspected Intruders. _

Job Description:
Our client is a Leader of production and operation in oil and gas, they are looking for a contractor 3 years in **Team Leader **Production Operator**, working as a rotation: in Gulf of Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- _ _Day-to-day complex and remote wellhead platforms operations including ensuring the monitoring of equipment performance and anomaly, the record of any fluctuation and the reporting of any trouble or failures. Ensure that wells are flowing at optimal levels. _
- _ _Start-up and shutdown of complex and remote wellhead platforms including ensuring the following of sequential procedures for opening/ closing valves and associated equipment. _
- _ _Routine and non-routine complex and remote wellhead platforms field activities. _
- _ _Ensure the completion of hand-over procedures during shift change such as all records and logs are in order, and special actions required to follow-up are fully understood. _
- _ _Ensure smooth and safe operations including work site preparation permit to work, process isolation. Participate and ensure the preparation of plant, equipment and sites for maintenance work and any other intervention are in accordance with Company SSHE rules and regulations. _
- _ _Routine check for all consumables, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the smooth and safe operations of the complex and remote wellhead platforms. Record stock level of items on complex and remote wellhead platforms and submits status report to Supervisor. Ensure that process control, emergency shutdown and safety systems are in good working order. _
- _ _Carry out day to day process troubleshoot of process and production equipment occurring with production equipment, wells, etc. including investigating, determining reason for fault and initiating immediate action to remedy. Follow up any required maintenance to minimize down time_
- _ _Review and/ or develop work instruction, operating procedure. Make necessary adjustments to the operating/ production process to maintain optimum process conditions and, in emergencies, to order and supervise process start-up/ shutdown under supervision of Supervisor. _
- _ _Monitor, record and perform necessary well intervention to maintain well integrity to ensure safe operations. o Promote SSHE awareness by ensuring all safety procedures are strictly abided. _
- _ _Develop work plan for routine and non-routine activities at production platform and remote wellhead platform and properly managed for smooth and safe operations. _
- _ _Occasionally represent Production team in new facilities Site Acceptance test, HAZID, HAZOP, etc_
