Job Description
Maintaining and monitoring server hardware, software infrastructure, and network equipment
- Maintaining and monitoring Server Virtualization and Cloud server
- Maintaining and monitoring Backup system and DR site
- Maintaining and control security patch to system and network
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting daily issues. Ensure system and network performance and provide capacity forecasting
- Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet
- Working closely with line manager and collaborating with other IT staff.
- Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or IT related fields
- Minimum 3-year experience in IT/Engineering Technical support or Customer Service area
- Good knowledge of Windows Server AD, VMware, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, SAN technology
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 solution
- Understanding in IT Security and Monitoring on Server and Network
- Understanding in Backup & Recover Policy
- Strong will to learn new technologies and practices
- Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical skills
- Good Communication skills
- Good Service mind skills
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated and independent
- Must work efficiently under pressure, willing to travel and keep deadline
- Knowledge of AIX (Unix) or Linux will be an advantage

We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Associate Technical Architect** with hands-on experience in implementing Cisco network solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing presales responsibilities. You will work closely with sales teams and clients to design, present, and implement network solutions that meet business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and implement Cisco-based network solutions (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless)
+ Conduct site surveys and customer visits to assess technical requirements
+ Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical presentations and solution proposals
+ Prepare network diagrams, BOMs, and configuration plans
+ Provide technical support during proof-of-concept and deployment phases
+ Stay updated with Cisco technologies and industry trends
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Cisco network implementation
+ Valid **CCNA certification** (required)
+ Strong knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP), and ACLs
+ Experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, CLI, and network troubleshooting tools
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to travel to customer sites (must have own car)
