. be managing office management and communications for FWD GI and bolttech Thailand. You will have the opportunity to execute best practice and work closely with Group level and build a rewarding career. **You will be responsible for**
- Supporting internal and external communications in Thailand for all bolttech entities which includes corporate communications, PR, internal engagement, events, content creation - to ultimately tell the story of the company, both online and off, inside and outside of the company.
- Safeguarding the FWD and bolttech brands according to the Group’s brand guidelines, as well as liaising with Marketing to increase positive brand recognition within the market - in close cooperation with FWD Life Thailand and bolttech Group office.
- Working with Group Brand and Marketing on updating the FWD GI TH websites with product and news stories
- Reviewing FWD GI sales and marketing materials to ensure that they are properly and clearly communicated to target audiences and in line with FWD brand guideline.
- Assisting in translation and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting leader and new team members onboarding and troubleshooting
- Leading the General Admin team for all LoBs in Thialand to support the organization and senior management
- Preparing presentation decks and reports
- Support administrative projects as and when required

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 7-15 years of experience as an Office Manager and/or communication.
- Strong ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to communicate and interact with both internal and external stakeholders
