**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Engineering Teams are process leaders for stamping, molding or assembly related topics, ensuring the processes are running at optimum levels for quality and output. They are experts in mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and assembly techniques, possessing extensive knowledge of the associated manufacturing processes which may include the optimization and standardization of stamping / molding / assembly or other processes within the manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Engineering Teams enable the TE business unit plants to reach TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) requirements, roll out Centers of Excellence (COE), Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP's) and advise plants on tool and machine duplications / corrections / improvements. They design and develop manufacturing process and automation platforms and apply them for the realization of new product developments as well as optimization of existing products already in production. The Teams also support Product Development in the selection and optimization of tools for piece part production and the selection of the most suitable manufacturing concepts relative to planned manufacturing quantities, quality requirements and manufacturing location. They act as interface between engineering and production to ensure manufacturability of new designs and smooth production ramp up as well as support the research & development teams to produce sample manufacturing equipment, product samples and prototypes.
**What your background should look like:**
Design, develop, maintain and improve IN production assembly processes ensuring processes are optimized and adhere to relevant compliance to achieve product quality, minimize operational expenses and improve production rates to grow revenue.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, implement, maintain and improve IN production assembly process, regarding to quality, safety, efficiency, cost and environmental aspects
+ Take lead in NPI/PTI and support R&D & QA in their effort to keep quality at the highest level
+ Responsible for production equipment capacity and capability regarding to Quality, Delivery and Cost
+ Carry out process flow, process control plan and monitoring
+ Prepare process control sheets, work instructions, operation manuals and game plan
+ Handle efficiency improvement and cost reductions
+ Prepare and maintain of jigs and fixtures and tooling according to Quality, Delivery and Cost
+ Responsible for the FOR pre-production run
+ Handle engineering change request.
+ Perform process validation and new machine validation
+ Create, review and maintain training materials
+ Conduct training on processes and lean concept
+ Maintain of production machines and improve its effectiveness
+ Other tasks may be assigned by the Superior
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering
+ 2-3 years prior experience in electronics manufacturing
+ Experience in process improvement, process control and new process implementation
+ Understanding electrical and mechanical drawings.
+ Understanding process operations and standard operating procedures, Process Flow, FMEA, Control plan.
+ Knowledge in lean concepts, SPC implementations and quality control
+ Knowledge of Project planning.
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF16949.
+ Knowledgeable in IEC and IPC standards
+ Good command of English & Thai both written and spoken
+ Good interpersonal skills, attitude, team work and leadership skills

+ Support E&I manager to develop automation and innovation roadmap and manufacturing strategy for the front end
+ Lead automation projects in the front end and work with E&I manager to deliver those aspects of the automation and innovation strategy.
+ Serve as the glove process expert, develop new processes, and lead validations (Commissioning, IQ, OQ, PQ) for relevant front end changes, upgrades, enhancements and innovations.
+ Manage projects by establishing timelines, task lists and project plans.
+ To coordinate and supervise suppliers and/or subcontractors for project work as necessary.
+ Ensure that all new enhancements, automation and innovations comply with the quality management system - with established procedures, WIs and SOPs, ensuring high confidence in handover before transferring to the plant.
+ Ensure proper documentation of project and validation activities
+ Perform laboratory studies and production trial runs to prove out new technologies
+ Manage technical resources at non-exempt level to support area of focus
+ Risk Management Leader:Perform risk management task to lead the creation of Risk Management File for new products or lead the update of Risk Management File for product or major process changes and including FMEA.
+ To be responsible for Safety in the workplace and safety of direct report staff (if any).
+ To be responsible for monitoring and evaluating direct reports (if any) for compliance to work place safety and environmental policy.
+ Emphasize company environment health and safety rules and regulations to employees and ensure compliance.
+ Ensure that all accidents & near miss are reported to management and/or direct supervisor and injured are given proper treatment.
+ For Supervisory level employee, investigate all accident & near miss and make necessary reports and recommendations.

**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering with strong focus on chemistry, Biochemistry, Polymer Technology or equivalent
+ 6-10 years of relevant engineering experience
+ Superior project management skills and technical competence.
+ Experience in gloves manufacturing or related industry is advantageous.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
+ Well organized team player and coordinator with effective collaborative skills while working with cross functional teams.

+ Project management knowledge
+ Managed small group of employees over a period at least 2 years
+ Ideally had exposure to international projects or worked in a cross culture environment
+ Good command in English

**About the role**
+ Our GBU Peroxides Industrial Technology Team, composed of four people (three engineers reporting to the GBU Peroxides Technology Development Manager - H2O2), is integrated into the GBU Peroxides Operations & Innovation department and focuses on providing a solid foundation of technical knowledge and competencies to ensure safe, sustainable, and effective operation of all of our 20+ GBU Peroxides sites worldwide. This is in collaboration with site production teams and the wider GBU Peroxides Industrial network.
+ As a GBU Industrial Process Engineer, you will work on acquiring solid knowledge of H2O2 plant safety and processes, analyzing and optimizing processes using digital tools like Advanced Analytics and Machine
+ Learning, and supporting production teams in troubleshooting to ensure plant and process performances meet targets. You will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation and have a positive impact on global H2O2 production efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
+ You will be accountable for:
+ Acquiring and applying solid knowledge of H2O2 plant safety and processes.
+ Analyzing and following up on H2O2 process performance, including catalyst and organic working solution management.
+ Supporting production teams in troubleshooting and ensuring final product quality and quantity.
+ Conducting process optimization using digital tools and applying best practices.
+ Ensuring continuous improvement, proposing capital investments, and participating in regional/global projects.
+ We offer a permanent contract based on an on-site working mode, with travel for short-term missions.
**About you**
+ Relevant education degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
+ Relevant work experience: 0 to 3 years of working experience in the chemical industry.

+ Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is 65,000 EUR to 86,000 EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Responsibility
- To analyze and determine guidelines for designing the work processes and services to be up-to-date and competitive, as well as to supervise the Process Improvement in accordance with the standards.
- To analyze, design, and manage the work processes of bothfront and back offices to increase operational efficiency, as well as to increase the satisfaction and customer experience.
- To proceed thedevelopment and improvement processes, as well asto establish a standard working time (SLA).
- To act as a consultant in analysis, development, and improvement responsible for customer service and internal processes.
- To manage projects related to process improvement with more efficiency, punctuality and at reasonable costs.
- To coordinate between the internal and external audit department.

Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA, Finance, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experienced in **Process Improvement or Project Management**, especially in **Banking or Financial industry** is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- An ability to practice advance analytical programs is required.
- A good team player.
