- Monitor key business indicators: Forecasts, volume, OSA%, Customer/Distributor/Channel contribution by category, Hero SKU distribution by channel & identify priority channels, customers and development opportunities
- Build Perfect Store capabilities across organisation
- Support KAMs in strategically managing sales team by orienting team towards top priority customers/distributors/channels and supporting ‘Perfect Store’ execution (incl. shelf position, OSA) & providing feed back to brand managers
- Define scope and target KPIs of Perfect Store program and identify tools to optimise Perfect Store elements, based on guidelines from Marketing team
- Align activity calendar with customers/distributors and collaborate with (Field) Sales team in excellent execution of Customer and Channel Activation & (incl. look & feel of in-store activation, position on shelf, OSA etc.) and provide feedback of in-field execution to Marketing teams

Job Description
Responsible for last mile network planning and resources management, establish own-fleet network with competitive cost ;
- Responsible for last mile coverage & service quality control through daily operation, including but not limited at SOP/SLA set up, process and system implementation, drive for continuous improvement;
- Manage daily operation of supply chain solutions to deliver cost competitiveness, lead time target and service excellence;
- Responsible for training on warehouse operators and delivery drivers, optimize resource connection and integration to make delivery more efficient;
- Plan and implement contingency plan for various exceptions to reduce impact to operations;
- Support commercial to get more volume by providing excellent aftersales service.
1. College degree or above, more than 4 years' experience on logistics management and other related majors. 2. Proficient in logistics operation, including warehousing & last mile on-site management, and familiar with WMS/TMS system. 3. Familiar with daily office software, proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT, and have strong data analysis ability. 4. Good communication ability and team work, strong willingness on driving for excellence with innovations. 5. Fluent in Thai and English, Chinese is preferred.
