**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with product owner to analyze market trends. Find new products that meet the needs of customers. To create new digital business opportunities that are in the focus of AIS and drive towards goals.
- Collaborate with product owner to develop new products to meet the needs of the target group strategic planning of new products (Roadmapping), new product development, and new product release (Launch).
- Give advice, make decisions and propose a business solution to make products meet the objectives of the product owner.
- Communicate the vision of the product for all parties to understand the same and control them in the same direction.
- Developing communication skills between teams Create interactions within the working team to create an agile mindset and achieve maximum efficiency. using the concept of working in agile methodology
- View overview and manage work in order to obtain business requirement, user journey map, feature analysis, process and be able to export work in a timely manner.
- Work (coordinate) with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to meet the objectives of the product.

Qualification
- Experienced in Project Management & Scrum Master Roles
- Control Project scope/time/change to ensure the project delivery on plan
- Solve problem on projects quickly and escate/report
- Understand and Experienced Project Management Process/ Methodology and Scrum / Agile methodology at least 4 years
- Good in negotiate skill to management variety of users / requirement
- Experienced in Health-tech areas advantage.
- Good English language in negotiation and communication.

+ Develop and execute the pricing strategy for all tire products to optimize market position and profitability for Thailand market

To design customer solutions based on the market need, sales conversion and competency development in both emerging and developed Asia Pacific markets with multiple species applications considering different business, technical and cultural contexts.
This role requires strong linkage with global product management, Operating Unit & market species leads to enable turning science to results.

+ Financial Results: Enable delivery of the Mycofix sales numbers for the region.
+ Strategic & Operational Levers: Define the strategy on MRM with the Asia Pacific markets and provide technical leadership to customer facing teams to execute on sales.
+ Competency development: build sales capabilities within Mycofix champions in the markets, reinforcing the technical aspects and differentiators of Mycofix range.
+ Be a sales enabler: activate sales teams, champions and distributors based in CRM opportunities.
+ Be "the link" between the global team and the region: expert reference for mycotoxins/MRM in the region. Participate to fair and trade events, speaker conferences and workshops, meet customers with the sales teams.
