**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Research and Development Senior Supervisor will define and execute research and development projects on process and product developments. In this role, you will be responsible for ideation, building business cases and project proposals. You will communicate the conclusions and follow up actions with relevant departments to ensure strong stakeholder management.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Contribute to the innovation pipeline and portfolio with ideas for the conversion of scientific research and growth of distinctive product and process offerings and support parts of more complex innovation and cost improvement projects.
+ Assist in managing process improvement and novel ingredients discovery and communicate project results, recommending actionable next steps to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Secure innovation property rights by collaborating with intellectual asset management to assist with the development of strategies, processes and control mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
+ Participate research and development innovation growth by collaborating with businesses and with technology partners such as universities, research and development organizations and industry forums.
+ Conduct research and experiments and analyze results that include interpretation of completed trial results.
+ Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

**5. Intellectual Property Management:**
a. Oversee the creation and protection of intellectual property, including patents, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies.
b. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding intellectual property.
**6. Documentation and Reporting:**
a. Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
b. Maintain detailed records of experiments, process parameters, and results.

· Experience in transferring new technologies to manufacturing is required.
· Experience directly applying DOE, statistical methods.
· Experience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes.
· Has experience working on cross functional technical teams and has the capability of providing coordination among groups or functions
· Decision Making - Required to make data driven decisions on technical issues.
· Knowledge of DOE's, Statistical analysis of data & SPC is desired.
· Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience implementing continuous improvement projects.

The Supervisor - Quality (Analytical Lab) is responsible for the overseeing, planning, developing, and directing quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives for the Analytical Laboratory. Oversees the process and testing of ensure testing complies with established quality standards and government regulations.
What you will do
+ Develop a laboratory sampling, sample retention and testing program for raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished products at the facility.
+ Be competent in the performance of routine laboratory test procedures, and operation of analytical instruments and other standard laboratory equipment.
+ Understand and use basic laboratory safety equipment and instructions, precautions in handling reagents and disposal of chemical waste according to local environmental regulations.
+ Ensure the interpretation, reporting of data and maintenance of records are documented and effectively implemented. Including the use of statistical analysis and Statistical Process Control where appropriate.
+ Understand and be able to precisely follow written lab procedures, global methods, local methods and published standard or compendia sources. Translate corporate global methods to the local language as required.
+ Ensure the calibration of analytical instruments, the use of analytical reference standards and the maintenance of the equipment are established and followed.
+ Ensure the installation qualification (IQ), operation qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) of the analytical instruments are performed.
+ Devise and execute a program of routine problem resolution and continuous improvement.
+ Develop and monitor the coaching and training of the staff in the chemical laboratory.
+ Participate in internal audits. Conduct and report internal verification of all the laboratory testing units, based on the laboratory testing standard and other quality-related operating standards. Function as part of the Plant's GMP and Quality Teams.
+ Interface with Divisional GMP, Quality Audit and GTC Analytical Teams. Serve as an in-plant resource during external audits by regulatory agencies or other third parties.
+ Ensure that analytical methods for key release specifications (KRS) of finished products have gone through appropriate validations and the local laboratory is qualified to perform the analysis prior to manufacturing the product.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
+ Minimum Experience : 3-5 years of laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or consumer products industries.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $40,000.00 - $81,000.00 USD

3.0 Detailed department related duties
Summary of Duties
3.1 Responsible for ensuring quality compliance of parts /materials to meet product /part specification and standard related.
3.2 Control and monitor parts quality and on time delivery of suppliers
- Responsible for the incoming inspection team to ensure they perform according to WI of inspection works and that all incoming inspection detail is correct.

3.8 Implement quality-related action plans to enable suppliers to achieve an acceptable performance level.
3.9 Provide assistance to suppliers on new products, process capability improvements, quality systems development.
3.10 Work with Engineering Team and Sourcing team to evaluate potential suppliers.
- Evaluate potential suppliers' quality management systems.
- Ensure that the right quality, customer flow down and regulatory requirements are properly called out on the drawings, purchase orders, and contracts before their transmission to suppliers.

3.11 Participate as a member of the Material Review Board to review and disposition Supplier related Nonconformance Material Reports as required

**Job Requirements**
4.1 Thai Nationality only.
4.2 Complete bachelor's degree in ME/IE/EE or any field related.
4.3 Experience: 5 years of progressive quality experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment with the ability to lead and influence others. AS/ISO standards. Experience in supplier quality audit is preferable.
4.4 Ability to read and understand drawing, technical specifications, technical report, etc.,
4.5 Ability to write technical documents, audit reports, non-conformance dispositions

Responsibilities of the role
+ You will learn to do the analysis of Raw material, Packaging material, in process material, bulk product and Finished Product follow P&G Method
+ Responsible to attend training and qualification program and pass qualification criteria within the accurate documentation
+ Responsible to maintain their area to meet GMP, QAC requirement and 5'S standard
+ -Own fully the responsibility to foster both a safe workplace and work systems that meet quality/compliance expectations.
+ Continue find and fix defect in the own area while cleaning execution
+ Improve the capability to work with free defect by applying IWS/AM/PM /Kaizen/ 5S and related IWS tool and also to build capability to use failure analysis, Why-Why tool and set trouble shooting.
+ To be experienced and deeply know technical deep understanding in own system or/and own equipment
+ Develop procedure/DMS/tracking system to get and maintain the result
Role Requirements
Perform to test percentage of Nitrogen, Active matter, all assay method, Arsenic, Free Amine, Hydroxyl Value, Identification, Insoluble Iron, Iodine Value, etc.
Criteria
Educational requirements start with a diploma or higher in a relevant Chemistry subject.
