To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a **Senior Claims Administrator** with a focus on** **Letter of Guaranty** emission. Your role will be essential to provide peace of mind to our clients and accompany them in complex situations. Customer-centric and proactivity are a must.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Handle hospitalization pre-approval by checking the eligibility of coverage and providing close case handling monitoring throughout the process
- Assess simple medical eligibility
- Assess if costs are reasonable and customary
- Proactively manage cases using our system/ tools and communicate with all relevant departments
- Follow the process and always update the cases to ensure smooth teamwork
- Keep the clients updated on ongoing cases
- Process original invoices in our case-handling system
- Assist the Manager on special projects
- Contribute to other office activities upon request according to workload and priorities

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree, a specialization in nursing is a strong plus
- 5+ previous experience in nursing, health administration, claims administration
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Flexibility in the working hours will be expected
- Flexibility, adaptation, and a good mindset are key values for this role
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail

Required Profile:

- University degree in a medical discipline is a strong plus
- 2+ years of experience in medical/life insurance underwriting or claims processing
- Excellent command of the English language, another language, would also be an asset for the role
- Able to analyse and interpret medical information, product features, research data, and synthesize information
- Able to adapt and work well in a multi-cultural environment
- Write clearly and informatively in varying writing styles to meet the needs of different situations
- Flexible and multi-tasking
- Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office, Internet, and E-mail.
