**Detailed Description**
**Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:**

+ **Act as a liaison for new product requirements, and ensure accurate and timely demand management.**
+ **Effectively manage excess, surplus, and obsolete inventory, mitigating risk and driving inventory entitlement targets.**
+ **Maintain accurate Bills of Materials and collaborate on engineering changes.**
+ **Execute actions to achieve inventory goals (cash adjusted, turns), including accurate projections.**
+ **Ensure production schedules meet customer requirements for high on-time delivery.**
+ **Perform material/capacity analysis and Financial Impact Analysis (FIA) before loading MPS; monitor MPS accuracy.**

**Typical Experience**
+ Requires 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, ideally within an electronic manufacturing environment, with the capability to effectively handle the complex responsibilities of this role.
+ Prior experience with ERP and Rapid Response Kinaxis systems is advantageous, coupled with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and global trade
+ Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) and prior experience working in China or with Chinese companies is highly preferred.

+ MRP exception reports for Finished Goods while optimizing on-hand inventory and meeting service requirements. Execute all MRP exception messages (07, 10, 15, 20, 26).
+ Leads continuous improvement activity, individually and with teams to impact planning KPIs.
+ For finished goods, perform root causes analysis of late deliveries in support of corrective actions needed to drive delivery improvement. Able to perform similar actions proactively for future demand. Drive stock fulfilment for preferred and standard parts.
+ Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions
+ Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier (Supplier STC, LT accuracy, PO review), finalize Report Out of Supply Review
+ Elevate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action.
+ Perform with minimal costs of premium freight to ship out finished products to meet customer requirements. Use of express shipments should be approved by Planning Manager in case of delays.
+ Highlight component delivery issues to Strategic Buyer to ensure components are available to support the delivery schedule, expediting / de-expediting as appropriate
+ Manage inventory levels in order to maximize inventory turns for FG and subcontracting components. Execute Scrap process.
+ Place Purchase Order following GIATP process.
+ Analysis & maintenance of all planning related reports, files & documents including Team & Supplier Performance

- Accountable for country non-thematic procurement up to formal threshold and ensuring related documents (both hard copies and e-copies) to comply with documentation requirements according to SCT and donor policy.
- Support Bangkok based project’s procurement as deemed appropriate.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain necessary quotes, specifications, and quality information in line with Save the Children Supply Chain quality standards and policies.
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers to good service delivery and value for money under the supervision of the Supply Chian Manager
- Payment request preparation and documentation
- Maintain data entry to monthly procurement tracker according to Key Performance indicator (KPI).
- Provide technical support to field offices on supply market maturity, structure and market availability including ability to negotiate framework agreements with supplies.
- Assist with any procurement activities as assigned by Supply Chian Manager
- Responsible for all Bangkok office utilities monthly payment

**Supply Chain Reporting and Support Services (15%)**
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in coordinating with the Asia Regional Office on Supply Chain matters and attend webinars/trainings/workshops as required.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager to review new or updated Save the Children Global supply chain related policies and take appropriate recommendations and actions. i.e. Procurement, Assets management, Fleet policy, BAF, KPIs, etc.,
- Provide data and input in preparation for internal and external meetings, ARO and SMT dashboards.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in capacity building to SCT staff, tailor sessions and provide technical support as needed.

**Asset and Stock Management (20%)**
- Provide the record all Assets and General Programming Equipment (GPE) on the correct Register databases and disposal.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager to ensure all assets are managed according to Save the Children policy (tagged, registered, issued, disposed of correctly, etc.)
- Participate in a yearly physical check of assets and provide the updated asset register to Finance quarterly.
- Maintain the premises, furniture, fittings and all shared equipment in a fully functioning state and replaced as necessary.
- Liaised with office-based staff to collect and procure the office stocked and necessary supplies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Logistic, Business Administration, Finance, Accountant, Economic)

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**

**Essential;**
- Previous experience in Support Service, Supply Chain, Logistic, administrative role
- Demonstrated skills, experience at least 2 years of Logistics and Administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation skills, including good level of written and spoken English.
- High level of database management tools and advanced Excel skills.
