As a member of the Consulting team, you will work directly with the EY Business Consulting team and clients on a daily basis to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions for our clients.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Gather information from clients by interview, conducting workshops, surveys or focus groups, etc.
- Identify gaps in client operations and recommend resolutions for further improvements
- Prepare and design deliverables content to reflect client needs and strive to develop deliverable quality through verification and validation of results
- Manage a small workstream of consultants through task delegations, guidance and coaching, and quality assurance
- Work closely with the client in collecting client's information and managing their expectation
- Able to work in different business and/or project’s scope, or provide operational supports to the team from time to time
- Able to travel (domestic/overseas) when required

**To qualify for the role you must have**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in MBA, MBE, Finance, or other business-related roles
- Strong analytical thinking, with exceptional organizational skills

- Extensive experience in a similar role or working environment, preferably in professional services, project management, or client-facing role

- Design deliverables content to reflect client needs and strive to develop deliverable quality through verification and validation of results
- Manage engagement to ensure the project is on track and all milestones are met under supervision from project manager, and report to client’s top management
- Conduct market research, feasibility study, and business development
- Support project manager/ team leader in executing projects and other tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Production), BBA, or Supply Chain related
- Preferably Master’s degree (MBA, Supply Chain Management, and etc.)
- 4 - 6 years of professional experience with at least one of the following areas: Sales and Operations Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Distribution and Logistics
- Preferably consulting professional experience either through internship or past professional background
- Hardworking, self-motivated individual, and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and managerial skills
- Able to work under pressure, aggressive timeframe, and consulting lifestyle
- Very good Thai and English communication skills
- Preferably Lean Operations experience, Six Sigma educated, and/or TPS practiced
- Preferably experience in VBA
- Ability to travel to upcountry or abroad is required

**Skills & Experience**

+ An experienced professional with at least 6 years of non-consulting experience, ideally, at MANAGER level in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.) or
+ An MBA graduate with at least 3 years of consulting experience and 4 years of non-consulting experience in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.) or
+ A PhD with at least 2 years of consulting or non-consulting experience in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.)
+ Experience in consulting, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be highly advantageous.
+ Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Solid project management skills, client influencing and relationship building skills.
+ Adept at developing business relationship with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
+ Ability to juggle competing priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality work.

Advisors Program Management is a new suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realization is a complex task, we can de-risk the entire client/asset journey, from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution. This is done through a set of new capabilities focused on expert execution support, that we are bringing in to complement the traditional Advisors areas of strength.
As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will manage multiple projects within a portfolio providing efficient and effective coordination of a complex range of activities by clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities that are aligned with the delivery of the expected benefits. - Experience in delivery of large, complex projects / programs of diverse size in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
- Formally trained in a range of project management and change management methodologies and techniques; accredited in one or more recognized PM/PMO/ Change/Service management methodologies is an advantage
- Able to plan and manage a multi-workstream program from inception to delivery providing support, direction and / or technical expertise to the project team across multiple disciplines and geographies
- Develop strong presence in the client organization extending beyond the immediate boundaries of the program

- Bachelor's or Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in debit/credit card industry, payment systems, and customer journey.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent local office language and English required, other languages desirable
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
