You will be the trusted advisor, accountable for delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to our esteemed customers. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.
You will strategically develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet the ever-evolving needs of both IT and business. You'll be the catalyst for improved performance and productivity, identifying areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. You will capture, prioritize, and analyze technical requirements, both functional and non-functional, ensuring that every aspect of the solution is meticulously crafted to perfection.

As a Senior Associate in Windows and System Administration at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts - presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

**Required Technical and Professional Experience:**
+ 2+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of Windows Server operating systems
+ Configuration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Manage virtualization infrastructure using VMware vSphere and ESXi.
+ Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines, templates, s2/napshots, and clusters.Administer Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI).
+ Utilize Prism Console for monitoring, cluster health checks, and storage management.Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
+ Using tools such as Veeam, Commvault, or Nutanix Mine to ensure data protection. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
+ Leverage tools like vRealize Operations, Nutanix Insights, or SolarWinds for proactive monitoring. Manage patching and security updates.
+ Use WSUS, SCCM, or other tools to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. Collaborate with network and security teams.
+ Configure firewall rules, VLANs, and virtual network adapters for secure connectivity.
+ Plan and execute system migrations and upgrades, including vCenter upgrades, VM migrations, and Nutanix AOS updates.
+ Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for operational continuity.
+ Support audits and compliance requirements, Manage access controls, review logs, and generate reports to meet organizational policies.
