**Responsibilities**:
- Support Senior Management for Retail Banking by assessing non-financial risks, including operational, fraud, compliance, business continuity risk, and designing and testing control structures.
- Be an operational risk partner with managements and value chain businesses to comply with operational risk/ information risk/ physical security risk and continuity risk strategy and related policies
- Facilitate business to assess emerging risks in new products/ services or process improvements and advise optimal control implementation
- Facilitate business, the risk owners, to manage operational risk through using risk management tools e.g., RCSA, BIA, KRI, Risk Acceptance etc.
- Assure effectiveness of key control implemented through Key Control Testing (KCT)
- Facilitate businesses to report operational loss event, properly correction and prevention, and reflection in the lesson learnt
- Dashboard and report operational risk status to management and related risk committees
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering.
- At least 10 years of prior work experience in Financial Services industry, in any roles.
- Understanding of banking process and fundamental risk concept.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English
- Capacity of building strong relationships with colleagues, bringing a positive and constructive mind and team spirit
- Persuasive, capable of managing and work in a team and profoundly skilled in planning and organizing.
