We have a new vacancy on our Global Clinical Supplies Team for the Vendor Management group for Vendor Management Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position and can be based in EMEA

**Key responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the Global project calls and lead discussions on assigned supply chains
- Liaise with global supply vendors
- Manage supply through purchase order issue.
- Oversee inventory management of products and stock level review.
- Have the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supply and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Build/maintain rolling 12 month supply chain forecast to supply study needs. Ability to interpret data and examine trends to plan, organise, schedule and execute current and forecasted materials required to meet supply needs, would be considered an advantage

Qualifications - External

**Education and Experience**:

- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Logistics experience required
- Clinical Trial experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong knowledge of the complete clinical supplies life cycle (i.e., manufacturing, packaging, labeling, import and export, storage and handling, distribution and delivery, return and reconciliation, final destruction).
- Clinical Supplies knowledge preferred
- Focus on Customer Service aligned with highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving/decision making skills.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Very strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong IT skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.

**About us**
Oversee and manage the incumbent/contracted Transport subcontractor service performance (KPI, Truck supply), Improvement Transport subcontractor efficiency (cost, fleet utilization), work closely with Operation Team and ensure Transport subcontractor comply with DHL Transport safety standard requirement including to be the account for issue escalation.

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure that subcontractor truck are compiled wit OSCPs, manage & control safety training and manage to achieve KPIs.
- To support Head of VM to review & update weekly team performance.
- Provide the expertise knowledge of “Transport Subcontractor Market Place” include trouble shooting leading to the right solutions with the team
- Understand new business inquiry solutions related to Transport Subcontractor wit Business Development and Solutions Design Team
- Identify the potential incumbent TP Subcontractor that can deliver the best value and fitto New Business Inquiry including pricing, supply, safety standard compliance and responsiveness.
- Negotiate transport specifications requirement and agreement terms toensure commercial acceptability without risk, fitness for purpose & value.
- Lead difficult negotiation to achieve DHL new businessas win-win negotiation.
- Establish the agreement for TP Subcontractor to sign off on time. Align all commercial and terms between Customer Contract and TP Subcontractor Contract, ensure no risk exposure
- Smoothly hand-over the contract management to Vendor Management Team
- Ensure the competitiveness incumbent transport subcontractorand growth business
- To be a member of Project Implementation Team, execution the business winasdesired TP subcontractor
- Monitor & track Performance Management of subcontractor Monthly, Quarterly (KPI, Safety and Supply) as well as manage operation issue & resolve
- Support Compliance and Relationship Management Adhere to regulatory / policy requirement (OSCP, OTS, Disciplinary) complianceManage and control that Transport Safety iscomplied with the laws, regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments as required (other sites / sector, Business Development, Solutions Design, HR, Finance, Legal and etc.)
