  • การกำหนดตัวชี้วัดผลงาน ติดตามผลงาน ให้สอดคล้อง และสนับสนุนตัวชี้วัดผลงานขององค์กร

  • กำหนด มอบหมายความรับผิดชอบในโครงการต่างๆให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาอย่างชัดเจน

  • ทวนสอบแผนการบริหารงานการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ทั้งลูกค้าที่เป็น B2B และ B2C

  • ติดตามและให้คาปรึกษาเชิงเทคนิค การลดต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์ และการปรับปรุงสินค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง

  • ทวนสอบแผนและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาดเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลนามาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์

  • สนับสนุนแผนพัฒนาสินค้าที่ไม่เคยมีในบริษัทมาก่อน (Innovation product)

  • สนับสนุนการศึกษาและถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ใหม่เพื่อใช้พัฒนา Innovation product

  • วิเคราะห์แผนงาน ประเมิน ทบทวนและบริหารแผนงานกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ อย่างต่อเนื่อง

  • ประสานงานกับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

  • สนับสนุนแผนและติดตาม การจัด Training ให้กับลูกค้าขององค์กรทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เช่น มหาวิทยาลัย หน่วยงานราชการและลูกค้าสาคัญ

  • สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรม KCG Innovation เพื่อให้ทุกหน่วยงานในองค์กรเป็นองค์กร นวัตกรรมแห่งการสร้างสรรค์

  • สนับสนุนแผนการทา Knowledge sharing เพื่อนาความรู้จากผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆภายในฝ่าย มาแบ่งปันความรู้เพื่อให้พนักงานมีความรู้ในการทางานเพิ่มมากขึ้น

  • สนับสนุนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ต่อยอดองค์ควำมรู้กับส่วนงานภายใน และส่วนงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

คุณสมบัติ

  • วุฒิระดับปริญญาโท สาขาอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร/วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร

  • มีประสบการณ์ในการทางานสายตรง อย่างน้อย 10 ปีขึ้นไป

หน้าที่

-    พัฒนาและวางกลยุทธ์การขายร่วมกับทีมบริหาร

-    พัฒนาและดำเนินการร่วมกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายขายประจำปี

-    พบลูกค้าและรักษาสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับลูกค้า

-    ประเมินและพัฒนาช่องทางธุรกิจ

-    จัดเตรียมและ present รายงานการขายเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

คุณสมบัติ

ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็คทรอนิกส์ เคมี หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวจ้อง

ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี (Ms. Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
