**What You Will Do**:

- You will be an active member _or _lead a team of developers** **in a project squad. We have a wide range of project sizes.
- Decide which technologies are going to be used for front-end, back-end and define the overall architecture.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to make sure the backlog is efficiently planned and occasionally assist in technical discussions with clients. Most of the client interfacing is done by the Product Owner.
- Write clean, composable, and maintainable code as you develop world-class products for our clients.
- Write automated tests to build and maintain the product we build for our clients.
- Do code reviews with your squad members.
- Learn new technologies languages like Ruby, Go, or Elixir, and techniques so that you are able to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.
- Knowledge sharing through team rituals.
- Collaborate with other team members to define the internal processes and initiatives to help the company accomplish its mission. Our handbook has been written by the whole team.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional web development with 3+ years of experience**. Experience in** Ruby, **Java**Script, Elixir, or Go is ideal (at least one of them)**. If you do not have experience in these stacks, you must be open to learn and work on them. If you have advanced experience in PHP or Python and want to step up your game learning another language or two, this is the right place for you.
- Comfortable working both on frontend and backend.

We are seeking a native Thai speaker who is fluent in English and has a strong background in software development to serve as a temporary translator for a 3-day software development training event in Bangkok (at the end of June).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide real-time, accurate, and clear translations of the instructor’s lectures from English to Thai, and vice versa as needed.
- Ensure that all attendees fully understand the concepts being taught and can actively participate in discussions.
- Translate slides, documents, or forms into Thai when required, maintaining the integrity of the original content.
- Collaborate closely with the instructor to address any language-related issues or misunderstandings that may arise during the training sessions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information and materials related to the training event.

**Requirements**:

- Native Thai speaker with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong background in software development.
- High-energy, charismatic, and talkative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work in Bangkok for the full 3-day duration of the training event at the end of June.
