Job Description
Performance Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering high standard campaign execution. This role is expected to be able to analyze a large dataset of online user behaviors, conversions data, customer journey, market competitors and tailor them to actionable insights and campaign execution improvement.
S/he will lead multiple yet harmonized product marketing campaigns that resonate to Traveloka customers, assess performance towards product goals and ensure business objective achievement. Her/his role will cover SEM and display, as well as other assigned performance marketing channels.
Coverage for Senior Performance Marketing Analyst would be across specified markets for business:
- Hotel standalone: Both PayNow and PayAtProperty
- Bundled / package: Flight + Hotel

Impacts expected from this role:
- Execute marketing campaigns with highest standard delivery quality (for both Display and SEM), including regularly monitor and optimize campaigns to get higher ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) with more mature and automated method
- Coordinate with stakeholders as part of campaigns execution
- Analyze online user behaviors, conversions data, customer journey, market competitors, and develop insights to stakeholders
- Harvest as many insightful and actionable data as possible in order to improve performances
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily execution of high-performing campaign management and execution of hygiene campaigns across multiple channels to achieve customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
- Responsible for managing big scale digital marketing campaigns that have high technical complexity due to very large numbers of ads entities that need to be managed
The above will be delivered by:
- Working very closely with Performance Marketing Manager as a supervisor to develop paid media strategies for specific local markets which need to be tailored & personalized
- Develop execution to achieve paid media objectives (CAC, CIR)
- Manage Traveloka advertising accounts on all platforms, maintain online advertising campaigns, from display targeting, retargeting, or SEM
- Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance
- Stay informed of new betas, tactics, and data trends within the paid search industry.
- Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented
- Provide bi/weekly performance reports on each digital channels and funnels, and circulate to relevant stakeholders
- Being proactive and give ideas on performance marketing improvement
- Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
- Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
- Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered
- Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Managers of assigned market, on achieving marketing objectives including but not limited to providing guidelines and requirements for campaign strategy pre and post execution, and best-in-class execution
- Capable of leading and managing small projects with mínimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team
- Accrue and process all the paid invoices in a timely manner
