**Job Overview**
Responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting, payables, credit, and treasury activities within the assigned area. This role ensures accurate, timely, and consistent financial operations while supporting manufacturing-related finance activities. The position requires strong knowledge in Costing and FP&A, with regular interaction with the Financial Shared Services Center (FSC) to resolve local issues and support business decisions through financial analysis and reporting.
**Job Requirements**
+ Ensure complete, accurate, and timely execution of financial tasks in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
+ Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed asset management, and financial reporting.
+ Provide financial analysis and interpretation of variances from budgets and standards to support operational decisions.
+ Collaborate regularly with FSC to address and resolve local finance issues.
+ Support the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Contribute to costing and FP&A activities, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
+ Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with tax and statutory accounting requirements.
**What your background should look like**
+ Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.
+ Solid understanding of costing principles and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
+ Strong command of English for professional communication; Thai fluency required.
+ Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with U.S. GAAP and Thai GAAP is preferred.
+ Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.
+ Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
