Job Description:
The HR Business Partner - Band 1 is responsible for defining and aligning strategy for the functioning of HR in sub-OU, service, product, program, technology domain, or HR horizontal process. This role takes initiative in shaping and influencing the team and organizational culture while showcasing emotional intelligence. The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering outputs with excellence in their area of responsibility.

As a Product Supply Manager, you are joining a supply chain team and reporting to the supply chain director.
How success looks like
Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.
Responsibilities:
Our assignments offer you the chance to create an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical, and leadership skills. You will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all business aspects.

Job Qualifications

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience in principle-based decision making.
+ Proficiency in digital skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
+ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
+ Open for newly graduated to apply.
+ Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is preferred.

Your Team
This role reports to the Line leader to be based in Chachoengsao, Thailand.
What Success Looks Like
You contribute to basic production under qualification and mentorship and primarily perform simple and repetitive operational tasks following defined standards, CBA and SOPs. Maintaining product quality and safety work condition are your fundamental key accomplishments. You also take some responsibility on a team level system management work.
Responsibilities of the role
+ Demonstrates the ability to learn new knowledge and master technical skills.
+ Demonstrates the ability to perform the required work meeting agreed on expectations, such as part exchange during maintenance and changeover, process adjustment under guiding, qualified trouble shooting, develop Kaizen to reduce losses, implement CIL, etc.
+ Qualify on-line QC skill block.
+ Implement team level system work independently.
+ Participate shift-change team meeting, IWS small group activity, such as AM activity and Loss reduction activity.
+ Follows GMP standard, Safe Practices and SOPs when working.
+ Can use E-system to handle individual data, such as E-learning.
+ Own one of Equipment/DMS ownership.
+ Responsible to own the product to meet P&G standard and meet volume as planned.
+ Attend end shift meeting on time, update daily results in scorecard.
+ Responsible to own more two systems or Equipment Rank B.
+ Responsible to maintain their area to meet GMP, QAC requirement and 5's standard.
+ Responsible to do BO&F audit and operate Packing line with safe behavior.
+ Understand and follow SOP, JSA and Safe practice.
+ Build AM/PM capability and develop CIL/Maintenance standard.
+ Implement CIL and PM task in your machine and update the CIL tracking sheet/PM plan.
+ Build capability to use failure analysis, Why-Why tool and set trouble shooting.
+ To be expert and deeply know technical mastery in your machine.
+ Develop procedure/DMS/tracking system to get and maintain the result.
Job Qualifications
+ High vocational or bachelor's degree in Technical, Operation, Production, Electrical power, Electronics or related fields
+ Must have safety in mind
+ Exhibit strong logical problem solving and operational excellence skills
+ Can work effectively with others and under pressure.

+ Responsible to maintain their area to meet GMP, QAC requirement and 5'S standard
+ -Own fully the responsibility to foster both a safe workplace and work systems that meet quality/compliance expectations.
+ Continue find and fix defect in the own area while cleaning execution
+ Improve the capability to work with free defect by applying IWS/AM/PM /Kaizen/ 5S and related IWS tool and also to build capability to use failure analysis, Why-Why tool and set trouble shooting.
+ To be experienced and deeply know technical deep understanding in own system or/and own equipment
+ Develop procedure/DMS/tracking system to get and maintain the result

Perform to test percentage of Nitrogen, Active matter, all assay method, Arsenic, Free Amine, Hydroxyl Value, Identification, Insoluble Iron, Iodine Value, etc.
Criteria
Educational requirements start with a diploma or higher in a relevant Chemistry subject.
