The Team develops specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labor requirements. They provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews with the strategic sourcing team. They also monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.

+ Immediately inform the superior if any nonconformity is occurring.
+ Handle customer order from receiving until shipping to meet customer requirement for products.
+ Monitor and action KPI delivery ship to schedule (STS), ship to requested (STR), Past due order (PDR).
+ Control and monitor the materials of the manufacturing processes and manage the stock and safety stock.
+ Update and monitor the planning situation in SAP and physical operation and follow up output against plan.
+ Monitor the manufacturing activities according to the procedures/WI.
+ Cooperate with store, procurement, global planner, customer care and QA division for production process of customer order.
+ Analyze planning method to be mostly efficient.
+ Cooperate by the CAR activities.
+ ther jobs assigned by Superior/Manager.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree Engineering, Business Admin., Management, or related field
+ At least 5 years work experience in field of Production Planning, Material Control in Manufacturing.
+ Very good language skill in English (Writing, reading and speaking)
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and negotiating skill.
+ Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
+ English in specking, reading and writing
+ Team work / collaborative style
+ Able to work under pressure of meeting to schedules, production deadlines and managing
+ Well organized, flexible, initiative and self motivated.
+ ISO 9001 / ISO / IATF 16949 knowledge and SPC/ 6-Sigma knowledge (Process capability analysis)
