**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. **Job Scope:**
The OV/OTE Planner is integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the End to end flow of TE products from TE Suppliers to TE Customers. Moreover, the function drives the achievement of relevant Supply Chain KPIs and plans the efficient and effective flow of OV/OTE products via purchase order management, backlog management, managing delivery performance, inventory levels, and driving lead time performance.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Backlog Management. Manually create deliveries for finished products to customer when necessary. Deal with ZPWL release blocks (ER, WR, MR, 61, 10). Update LRC - proactively update CC through ZPWL or ZBMT and visualize new confirmation dates in SAP. Manage future late: attempt to correct orders which were reconfirmed to later date than original confirmation date. Timely answer customers escalations, (Rob's file),PO Management (Purchase order creation, PO Confirmation, Follow-up),
+ MRP exception reports for Finished Goods while optimizing on-hand inventory and meeting service requirements. Execute all MRP exception messages (07, 10, 15, 20, 26).
+ Leads continuous improvement activity, individually and with teams to impact planning KPIs.
+ For finished goods, perform root causes analysis of late deliveries in support of corrective actions needed to drive delivery improvement. Able to perform similar actions proactively for future demand. Drive stock fulfilment for preferred and standard parts.
+ Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions
+ Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier (Supplier STC, LT accuracy, PO review), finalize Report Out of Supply Review
+ Elevate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action.
+ Perform with minimal costs of premium freight to ship out finished products to meet customer requirements. Use of express shipments should be approved by Planning Manager in case of delays.
+ Highlight component delivery issues to Strategic Buyer to ensure components are available to support the delivery schedule, expediting / de-expediting as appropriate
+ Manage inventory levels in order to maximize inventory turns for FG and subcontracting components. Execute Scrap process.
+ Place Purchase Order following GIATP process.
+ Analysis & maintenance of all planning related reports, files & documents including Team & Supplier Performance
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 2 years of experience within the area of Material Planning, Production Planning or Procurement or equivalent
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
+ Good project management skills and ability to multi-task

**Job Description**
- Lead and manage all Supply Chain operations related to the Electrical Inserts business, including procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring alignment with site-wide policies and business objectives.

SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

**Job Overview**
Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the suppliers deliver products and services fitting the company's expectations, compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and regulation standards including customer requirement. This role involves developing and maintaining supplier performance to meet company's expectations, KPI target and Supplier Quality Performance.
**What your background should look like:**
+ Handle, review supplier's 8D report and control closing due of Failure Report (FR) for material related issues
+ Define the disposition of non-conformance material and request credit note/replacement for compensation
+ Take lead for solving supplier quality problems in running production
+ Identify, communicate, and resolve supplier serious quality deviations (stop shipments/field actions)
+ Visit vendor facilities and observe the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures
+ Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and necessary standards
+ Follow up, review, verify and approve supplier PPAP/Part Approval for new or changed parts at suppliers
+ Handle sample material qualification process, register and maintain data in internal part approval program
+ Review and define quality check point in incoming check sheet of new material
+ Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates
+ Maintain detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws
+ Ensure Schaffner tools, molds at suppliers having been regular maintained (preventive maintenance, control lifetime)
+ Handle and manage Engineering Change Request (CR) for supplier/material related
+ Evaluate supplier performance and send report to suppliers
+ Qualify new supplier according to Schaffner's requirement
**Responsibilities**
+ Initiate Supplier development program and plan
+ Develop supplier quality standards to comply with ISO9001, ISO/IATF 16949:2016 (certify, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA)
+ Communicate and develop suppliers to fulfil Schaffner's fiscal year KPI; Quality, On Time Delivery (OTD), Costs
+ Develop and educate suppliers for 8D report (root cause analysis & systematic problem solving)
+ Review incoming report of new products from supplier and communicate result to team during development phase
+ Identify and communicate critical characteristic between R&D and suppliers during development
+ Drive quality assurance process with suppliers since development phase
+ Define the product programs in the pre-series and launch for supplier related
+ Challenge and report the supplier readiness and capacity of critical component to project management
+ Drive continuous improvement and resolution of systemic supplier site concerns
+ Serving as a liaison between our company's senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues and come up with solutions
+ Maintain approve vendors list
+ Review IMDS of raw material from supplier and check in the completion in system
+ Other tasks assigned from Superior in which related to SQM scope of work
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Material science or a related field
+ Experiences in working with multinational company/ companies.
+ 3 years experiences minimum in management of quality systems, IATF16949 requirements, supplier audits, supplier qualification & supplier development.
+ Be able for local and oversea business trips
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle. They determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis. The Team develops specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labor requirements. They provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews with the strategic sourcing team. They also monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.

+ The production runs in accordance to the quality requirements.
+ Immediately inform the superior if any nonconformity is occurring.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree Engineering, Business Admin., Management, or related field
+ At least 5 years work experience in field of Production Planning, Material Control in Manufacturing.
+ Very good language skill in English (Writing, reading and speaking)
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and negotiating skill.
+ Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
+ English in specking, reading and writing
+ Team work / collaborative style
