The customer value specialist - McDonald's will ensure satisfactory of McDonald's customers' requirements and requests. In this role, you will be the key and primary contact for McDonald's from Cargill food safety, quality and regulatory function. You will be responsible for customer engagement and experience.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Customer document review and updates
+ Customer complaint receiving and coordinating for investigation; CCR verification review and returning within timeline.
+ Satisfy customer questionnaire, query, statement, certificate, etc. requests.
