**How you create impact**
Operational / Tactical duties
+ Support OCC/CCL and Sales for LCL service solution and/or optimize the cost.
+ Expand LCL Product growth to a cluster level, covering Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar.
+ Support OCC & CCL governance for LCL to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Monitor and optimize Saco utilization weekly for yield improvement.
+ Conduct regular reviews of Marketable Selling Rates to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
+ Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform pricing and product strategies.
+ Enhance cost control via CFS setup, vendor negotiations, and allocation management.
+ Support business development for non-controlled network business.
+ Align with LCL Network and counterparts during RFQ processes.
+ Support local RFQ management through strategic planning and network engagement.

+ Represent KN LCL in customer meeting.
+ Take part of service escalation and find solution to meet customers expectation.

+ Support Sales for pricing activity & solution for customers.

Strategic Responsibility
+ Taking part of product development project (CFS set up and/or future project as assigned)
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Approximately 4 years of combined experience in sales and customer service within the freight forwarding industry.
+ Hands-on experience with both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) operations.
+ Strong knowledge and expertise in sea freight products; direct experience in sea freight is a significant advantage.
+ Possesses a pleasant personality, strong self-confidence, and effective presentation skills.
+ Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
+ Willing and able to travel across various Asian countries.
+ Capable of collaborating effectively with internal sales teams and stakeholders.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Provides entry-level professional support in the planning of a production schedule for a designated product(s).
+ Consolidates customer forecasts; performs Master Production Schedule (MPS) / Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) inputting and validation.
+ Has responsibility for parameter management and reporting for designated products.
+ Ensures alignment of customer purchase orders with production scheduling.
+ Assists with product End-of-Life analysis and development of action plans.
+ Coordinates shop order releases and materials kitting requirements.
+ Identifies parts shortages and works with appropriate people to expedite material and/or approve material substitution.
+ Tracks shipments according to commit date to customer and notifies Planner of potential issues/problems.
+ Provides Return Material Authorization (RMA) approvals.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Basic knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems
+ Basic knowledge of purchasing principles, techniques and philosophies.
+ Knowledge of basic computer applications and the ability to learn and use multiple applications specific to this department including the ERP and office systems.
+ Basic understanding of specific customer needs.
+ Basic math, data entry and 10-key skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.

+ Receives a daily production schedule from planning; receives material to manufacture modify or repair products from logistics.
+ Co-ordinates these inputs and a variety of resources (e.g., materials, personnel, equipment, etc.) to achieve on-time production of quality products within budget guidelines.
+ Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process.
+ Management of controllable operating expenditure e.g. scrap, consumables.
+ Identifies limits to production and guides teams to continuously improve processes.
+ Manages the performance, motivation and satisfaction of all the team and processes to ensure key quality, output and efficiency targets are met.
+ Ensures all return to work interviews and first level disciplinary hearings are conducted in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Knowledge of the production process and the tools and equipment used in the process.
+ Knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and the profitability of the unit.(WOR/MOR/RCC)
