**Summary**
The Technical Project Leader (Hardware & Software) - Lead Engineer, Electrical Design will lead project activities from project quotation, technical proposal, cost analysis, timeline breakdown, test plan and test strategy. Research system ideas and draw up plans for these systems, and capture them in schematics and system specifications. Test, simulate, validate and qualify their systems and make adjustments as needed.

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Lead project activities programs during all phases of the design process, including technical oversight of assigned test engineers.
+ Design, develop and implement technical solutions. Coordinate with other engineers including reviews of their work.
+ Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs. e.g. creation of Schematics, Bills of material, diagrams, drawings, etc.
+ Develop test plans to address testing requirements provided by a requesting organization. Test plans include test equipment concept, procedures, cost estimate, etc.
+ Coordinate with the requesting organizations to ensure the planned testing will meet their needs.
+ Review and interpret customer documentation, conduct appropriate research, analysis and experiments with minimal direction from senior staff.
+ Creates technical proposals (solution and timelines) based on requirements.
+ Testing, simulation and measuring (including troubleshooting) the performance of systems
+ Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
+ Analyze and interpret data and information
+ Recommend modifications for systems
+ Create reports and documentation
+ Make presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

+ Maintains global or regional responsibility for a group of commodities including **packaging, labels and die-cut** for price/value determination, product and/or service negotiations, terms and conditions.
+ Develops and implements a procurement strategy for the commodities they manage including competitive, technology direction, supplier analysis, development and selection and pricing strategy.
+ Assess suppliers' design and production capability to ensure it meets Celestica's requirements
+ Conduct supplier audit to ensure quality system is in place and implement effectively and maintain quality report in the system

The Field Service Specialist is directly involved with the installation and working performance of Cameron products at the base and in the field, primarily valves and actuation. In addition, the planning and execution of corrective measures should equipment issues be experienced by the client. Preventive maintenance and flange management activities can also be executed. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Technical support for service work on Cameron and other manufacturer's valves and ancillary equipment.
+ Providing technical assistance to clients during the installation and commissioning of valves and related equipment
+ Execution of maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, assembly and testing activities at Customer location or SLB facility
+ Resolution of non-conformances/malfunctions of Cameron products at client's location
+ Leading by example on valve maintenance and SLB best practices.
+ Direct reporting progress/completion of work scopes to the client
+ To become familiar with company products, design principles and safety aspects in order to act focal point for clients
