Key Responsibilities
Report Preparation:
Prepare accurate and insightful monthly management reports for the overall company, including financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), key operational metrics, and variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
- Develop and maintain detailed monthly management reports for each Business Unit (BU), highlighting their specific financial results, operational KPIs, and performance drivers.
- Ensure all reports are delivered within established deadlines.

- Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports.

Ad-hoc Tasks:

Qualifications

Experience:

Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of accounting functions and manage financial affairs.
- Monitor and support your direct subordinates, collaborating to meet all accounting and finance deadlines.

- Prepare and manage OIC business and sales reporting.
- Analyze financial statements and coordinate with the management team
- Prepare and be responsible for tax returns; finalize annual and mandatory reports for the Revenue Department.
- Build and maintain relationships with the OIC, staying up to date with regulatory changes from the Revenue Department, DBD, and OIC.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, government departments, and other external bodies.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Country Lead and regional team member
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
- Approximately 8 years of accounting and finance experience
- Good knowledge of Institutional, Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax rule (PND documents), TFRS, IFRS
- At least 3 years of management experience at a supervisor or manager level
- CPD license holder
- Proficient in Thai and English (Read/Write/Speak)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Good knowledge of the insurance or insurance broker business; background in insurance or insurance brokering is a plus.
- A strong understanding of finance and accounting operational processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with an expanding scope.
- Highly self-motivated and able to motivate teams.
