Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Service

·    Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.

·    Act as a direct point of contact for client escalations, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism.

Technical Expertise

Strategic & Financial

·    Monitor and manage the revenue and profitability of the Accounting Services department, ensuring targets are achieved.

·    Analyze issues and trends, new services lines opportunity, propose solutions, and present recommendations to the Managing Director.

·    Continuously adapt and adjust operational strategies to address evolving challenges.

Leadership & Management

·    Oversee and manage the Accounting Services department, including client-facing services and internal accounting operations.

·    Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to managers and accounting staff, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.

·    Support employee development through coaching, career pathing, and performance evaluations, including salary review considerations.

·    Foster a motivating and inclusive work environment to improve retention, engagement, and overall team performance.

·    Build a strong, resilient team culture and control employee turnover through proactive people management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting/tax experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and Thai tax compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and professional-level English (written and spoken).
• Client-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibilities for review EL, and define duty stamp amount to be affixed/paid, then complete all work EL related work distribution back to engagement team for further process
• Take full responsibilities for clerical work in Finance area
• Pick up mailing stuff from Admin room, open, record, distribute to responsible person
• Pay-in company cheque into bank account
• Follow-up paid cheque and check the bank movement transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit controller position
• Experience in a multi-national company environment is preferrable

About the role

The Intern assists the Associate and/or Senior Associate handle the client accounting and other accounting and tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify invoices, supporting documents for tax filing, payments and bookkeeping;
• Prepare Bank Transfer Requests, upload file to Bank's system;
• Checking / reconciling data received from clients before book-keeping;

About the role

As an
Accountant - Client Services,
your responsibilities include bookkeeping, monthly closing, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and so on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for statutory purposes.
• Prepare accounting records for use by the client's management.
• Ability to close the monthly financial statements including monthly balance sheet, income statement etc.
• Prepare a reconciliation and preparation of supporting schedules to financial statements.
• Ability to prepare monthly tax returns including Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax.
• Develop strong client relationship.
• Ad hoc assignments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA or CPD holder is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–7 years' experience in the accounting field or in outsource accounting service field is preferable; fresh grades are welcome to apply.
• Have knowledge of Thai Revenue Code.
• Good English skill both writing and speaking.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing financial reporting will be advantage.

• Prepare comprehensive managerial reports, budgets and forecasts to support executive management decision-making in accordance with group company policies and in a timely manner.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on managerial reports to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business drivers and financial data into actionable insights for executive management.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing financial reporting preparation and analysis processes to strengthen the team's analytical capability to deliver more effective business insights and support further business requirement.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to executive management on resource allocation and financial performance to support sustainable growth opportunities.
• Supervise and monitor the preparation process of financial reports by overseas subsidiaries to ensure alignment with accounting standards, group company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• 3 - 6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or related roles (experience in a manufacturing business is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
• Resilience and time management skills to handle work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Proactive and eager to learn with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred)
• Effective communication and presentation skills
