**Job Overview**
As **_Facilities Manager_** **,** you will lead and manage our plant expansion in Lamphun, Thailand and/or any other location the management decides best fit. The role will work closely with various internal / external stakeholders and contribute to TE's growth
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Manages, coordinates, and oversees various functions for the facilities organization including maintenance and alteration of office, manufacturing, canteen, suppliers and vendor Management, warehouse, truck yards, parking, and landscaped areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of the aforementioned facilities.
+ May coordinate, manage, and direct the design, planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of building structures, equipment, machinery, - and other facilities infrastructures.
+ Controls inter- building communication installations and maintenance.
+ Supervises maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment within the building(s), as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities.
+ Analyses and standardizes various facilities procedures to improve efficiencies.
+ Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
+ Assigns duties for subordinates and examines work for conformance to policies and procedures.

**Your experience includes**:
- Relevant working experience of 8 years at least in BOI Incentives and Customs regulations
- Special Skills good to have: Certified in Customs specialist is a plus and familiar with Inbound and Outbound shipments clearance process and BOI, Free Zone regulations and the Customs/BOI systems.
- Have strong computer skills and ERP system (SAP) and MS office are preferred.
- Have 2-3 years’ experience in team management.
- Having knowledge and experience on Six sigma or Lean project is preferred.
